Getting that dent out was amazing! I would feel so guilty if you ever fixed one of my bikes. I would never be able to keep it up to your clean standards. You'd be so disappointed in me and disappointing you would crush me. 🙂

Awesome, yet again Craig. I would never have thought of doing what you did. I would have fiiled it, and "tough blacked it", but that would have probably reacted due to the heat, and I'd be back to square one.

The straggly bits of wadding separate are to go either side of the pipe so when wrapped it’s an oval shape!

Us old buggers used boiling water and caustic soda to clean out 2 stroke exhausts! Did a few like that! Also if you tap on the perimeter of the dent while keeping pressure on the inside the dint will disappear, as you probably already know???
