In this video we finally deal with a long standing crack in the sub-fender of one of our KTM 300 Two Strokes. This crack has been letting water, mud, and dust into the airbox for a while. And because it's the mud flap for the rear wheel, all that dirt the wheel kicks up is just getting dumped right onto the filter. Time to change the fender.
We show you how to remove the fender from the sub frame and replace with a new one, then reinstall the subframe onto the bike.
