Everything is not autism. Josiah most certainly has a mental illness but he does not have autism. He may also be developmentally delayed but he does not have autism. He is not socially awkward, he's very social. He also communicates extremely well, although he lies. I really dislike people put autistic labels on every thing. There are autistic individuals who live amazing lives as doctors, nurses, authors, executives and etc. Josiah has a mental illness and autism is not a mental illness.

Let’s be real. This channel isn’t about saving people or changing lives and that is OK. Marcus probably does a lot of good for people but these interviews have nothing to do with bettering their lives. The titles are meant to grab attention and the questions specifically the SA stuff can get a little weird. But like he says in the intro, “Now Back to the Content!” I only started watching after seeing the Josias and Chris videos. But after looking at some of his other videos it’s clear he is only concerned with content. Man is having people share details he would never share that live forever on the internet. Stuff normal people would not want to share with the world and probably shouldn’t. Like Josias and the married couple. They clearly had some issues and Marcus shows up to their house asking some very personal and private questions. Now the world knows their business; and Marcus’ response when she is worried about her family seeing this, is they won’t because they don’t fit the demographic. How many of y’all would want your daughter, sister or loved one on the internet telling the world they squirted, smh. Even thinking back to Josias story when Josias’ dad came down to get him the first time. His dad and cousin didn’t want any of that initial meeting filmed. But Marcus kept recording saying if it wasn’t for me you wouldn’t have found him. So if I come over, I’m going to keep filming and documenting this. Now come on people, I ain’t mad at Marcus because I understand this real life trauma is content for him and like some of his viewers he enjoys some of these disturbing stories. Again man probably does good things but top priority on this channel is content people.
@Deebo, I actually don't have a problem with him using people for content. He's a youtuber, not a therapist or a social worker. With that being said I do find many things he does to be questionable at best. I also thought the footage of that autistic couple was pure exploitation. They simply didn't have the mental capacity to consent to that type of questioning. That's foul in my book. The drug addicts and mentally unstable don't either but it's a bit different from being severely autistic. At least the drug addicts and mentally unstable people have some idea of what these videos may lead to. And sure Josia is autistic too ,but he's a high functioning autistic person. Actually Medicaid nor Medicare pays for mental or dental health. They don't even cover a lot of medical bills. They pay for the bare minimum at best. If mental health treatment was so accessible there wouldn't be so many crazy people walking the streets. See the thing is they really want people with mental illness in prison. The mental health system is broken. You can’t do that it’s financially and emotionally draining for a family. Unless he commits a murder or self harms or becomes destructive to property, there’s nothing you can do absolutely nothing. The mental health system and lawn Forssman will not get involved to the level they need to unless he commits one of those three acts.

Exactly sometimes Josius just says whatever he thinks Marcus wants to hear. Just like in the other video Marcus asked Josius "what did you say off camera" and Josius said what he said about his dad girlfriend. Or in that video where Marcus baited Josius to talk bad about his mom by saying "Wow so your mom hit you even after being out of your life for so long" or something like that.
