I agree, I am now following most of the trainers that do the previews during the breaks. I find I don’t waste as much time trying to listen and get my form down. I hope Group HIIT will produce some more longer videos

Sept 13- 113 kg Started 1 cup of rice to no rice With intermittent fasting Sept 25- 110kg 2nd week no rice with intermittent fasting I included biking 3x a week and 2x a week with this workouts i can't do it for 1 whole week because i have online class and sometimes i can't workout if i have a lots of schoolwork I hope this message can help others to start working out :))

I hate HIIT or simple cardio workouts for the core that include exercises I can't perform such as push ups (not because of too much body weight but because of lack of flexibility in my body) and this one didn't disappoint me like all others! Thank you!

+мɛlɛиιɛ тяαƨнTM hi, there could be a few different issues. We would recommend using a substitute movement (such as normal sit-ups, crunches, glute bridge or plank) that doesn't hurt. You may consider seeing a physical therapist for one visit just to get a diagnosis and they can give you exercises to improve each day. If you need more padding you can try putting a towel under your body and see if that helps.

I have been doing this workout since the first bit of quarantine and it is amazing. I stuck to it and I can tell such a big difference in my abs. Also I love the way the videos are set up.

You’re welcome! Don’t give up on an interval, just switch to a modification and finish strong if you can! You can go to plank and hold it for rolling plank. We’re happy you enjoyed your workout 🙂

I diede after 7 minutes...Tomorrow I Will be back😋Tried again and worst than Yesterday. Will try again Tomorrow💪 4.05.2019: i am improving.Managed to do 16 minutes!i have already seen some changes on my body, especially in my tummy wiggly area. Definately an excellent work out. +Deborah DeBooth you got it! Just do modifications if you can't finish the interval. For example, switch from jump squat to regular squat and finish strong.

This is the first time working out with this channel i think it has a good format and the ambientice is comfortable. would be cool to make the content of the video more varied because is a little bit boring make the same set like 4 or 5 times. How I said in the first place this is the first video I have done. If the others videos are the same. My critic would be valid. ( i dont speak english)

I did this an the 18 minutes one - they killed me:-D Thank you for making them available for us. Im exercising for keeping young and healthy, not so much weight loss. Is 20 minutes enough to keep our bodies agile for year , or should I still go for a run? It would be amazing if I could replace my 1h routine (45 min run plus some weights) with 20 minutes one - time saving!

We have some links to studies showing the effectiveness www.grouphiit.com/pages/what-is-hiit. If you get extra time, you may want to complete two workouts per week but one is still great for weekly cardio.

It was rigorous for day one ,three rounds , especially lower body ,getting better ,now do lower body first and move to easier first part ,it's week two and my body craves these at nine everyday ,thank you Btw ,I lost five lbs in week one and although have to keep up with liver rescue diet ,my weight is maintained except weekend s when I do not sweat it out.,TY,it works
