I’ve been working out consistently for about 3 weeks now. I followed this tutorial and was up to 5.0 on my hill and 6.0 on the mph. This was an awesome workout! Thank you @IBX Running 🏃‍♀️

Hi so nice to meet you! I have chronic nerve pain(RSD) issues which are permanent and in 2019 I couldn’t walk because of my left knee being out. I was in a wheelchair chair for some time then to a cane for the rest. It has been four years and just recently I was able to walk. All that time I’ve been doing modified workouts. The other day I found you and I did your walk run video it was good but since starting to walk again it was a bit much. Then I found this this morning. This is the push and encouragement I needed. I feel absolutely amazing. This is will help strengthen the areas I need to walk even better. Excited for tomorrow. Also I want to mention I use a walk pad and it goes up to 3.8 and has no incline. I think it still works.

Oh my!! Thank you so much for sharing your story. I am so glad you found this little channel!! 💕 We have lots of walking only workouts as well. In fact, there is a whole playlist of walking workouts. The walking pad is perfect. No need for an incline. Just modify the workouts to fit you!!

I’m a beginner runner and this is my first time hitting the gym in a long while. Took 2 breaks and had to adjust the speeds to the minimums, but my goal is to work myself up. Love your coaching style, Rachel!

Im about 2 do this now. Hurt my knee, now getting backnin2 motion with light jogging..so this is perfect. Love these workouts! 💖💖💯👍💃

Yes! I love the walk/runs for recovery or light days. Still feels like you got up and sweated but lets your legs recover!

Oh no! It sounds like you may have shin splints. Unfortunately the best way to deal with them is to stop running for a period of time until it feels better. Shin splints suck!

I recently trying to do some treadmill work out is slow but trying hard. It’s cold out. Tring to lose a little weight i’m prediabetic watching what eat. It’s hard . My treadmill does not go up and down I try to speed it up a little. Can’t go as fast as you.

How tall are you? I'm sixty one, five foot, six. Three point five/six mph. almost feels maximum, I don't want to break stride to save my joints. I do this for between twenty five and thirty five minutes at ten to eleven degree elevation.

@@IBXRunning Can't cycle in the winter. High incline gets it over, quicker. At my height, I don't know what my stride actually is, but that always has to be factored in to ones own mph. That's why I asked your height.
