Hello Hannah!!! Just done it with sometimes felt pain in my butt because the exercises are so deep and effective!!! It works and that is so good!!! Thank you sweet friend for that session which show me that i need more exercises for my butt!!! It's sure that it's more difficult for me because I'm still on dry fasting, but it works and that is the most important!!! Lots of love. Namaste.
It won’t make it bigger but help build/ maintain the muscles, make it look toned and strong. It depends on combining workout with your diet/ lifestyle when it comes to have a bigger thighs.
