This is LEG day! In this 20-Minute Boxing Workout you will execute a total of 10 combos (no repeat) and 20 lower-body exercises (no repeat) .As a reference, I am using a pair of dumbbells of 6kg (13,2 lbs).This workout is all about quality movement so you can build muscle mass into your legs. This 20-Minute Boxing Combo and Killer Leg workout with develop stronger legs that in return will result in a stronger boxing stance and faster, and more powerful punches. The timer⏱️ is set for 30 seconds of effort with 10 seconds of rest.
