Join in for a 20 minute EXTREME CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT to get your heart pumping and blast through calories. We'll mostly be up on our feet with lots of high intensity movements, however, I'll be providing those low impact modifications and standing options as well. I have been enjoying your channel so much! I’ve been using your workouts to get back in shape and enjoy them far more than the gym. Always challenging, I can always find something new, and I love how you seem to actually be enjoying working out too. Almost like exercising with a friend - a friend who challenges me to kick my own ass and who sometimes I momentarily hate (especially during those brutal ab workouts), but wow, I can feel my endurance and strength improve, and I just want to say THANK YOU!!!

You’re absolute right Mikala. One of your hardest cardios, if not ever! I was dying at the end. Definitely got my sweat on, especially after the intense ab workout before. Not a fan of burpees but I know they’re effective. Thanks!

Had to take some breaks but I made it through 🙌 ended up doing 30 seconds modified 15 seconds full move for a few just to make sure I was pushing myself but I survived! Woo!
