Agree, not like me who forced a position and injured my knee. I had nearly finished the challenge so tried this more gentle one and managed it despite still sore knee, just took it more easy.
Hi, Tim❤. After 5 years of daily online yoga with various channels, I keep coming back to you. This January, there were so many January challenges on RU-vid, I found it hard to choose which one to follow first. I went with yours, having been thrilled with the results of your previous 30-day challenges. Your online collegues are great, too, and I appreciate the differences between them. But to me, yoga with you is just perfect for me this year, because: It’s without all the wellness lingo, no affiliate sells or commercials, no music (bless you for that), 20-25 mins length, manageable early or late, few or no props and clear instructions always focusing on safety and a wholesome, enjoyable and fun practice. Thank you so much.
Hey Tim, I've been doing your yoga videos for ten years now, and you continue to meet all of my yoga needs. Would love to do an in person class with you some day. Thanks for all that you've done and still do!
Greetings from Komotini, Greece.Thank you for your generosity to share some wonderful yoga classes with us.My first 30 day yoga challenge with you,was in 2022 and i have been a follower ever since.I really enjoy your classes and the fact that you give more time in each asana.Blessings and thank you!
Thank you for your yoga flow. I am 78 and loving it. I just discovered the beauty and health benefits of yoga a year ago. I am not too late, but I am right on time to see what yoga flow can do for me in reversing my body's age. I am going to live another 30 years so I need my body and mind to keep up with the ME!!!
I'm committed! I specifically love diving deeper with you into the "basic", "warm-up" poses. They are truly powerful, more than people tend to realize. Thank you Tim.
Thank you so much for making these! I also appreciate the 20 min classes that I can do while our kid naps. Nice way to spend part of the afternoon and give myself a much needed break.
I’m still with you on Day 2. The hamstring stretches were great for me. I’m 56 years old and have always struggled with hamstring flexibility. They just never seem to loosen up. I’ll keep trying. I’m looking forward to Day 3.
I’m still with you on day 2! Intentional breathe-work and movement made for a wonderful time spent with your teaching. Hope you are all having a beautiful day!
Day 2 at 5 am - waking up when anxiety hits, nothing is helping me restart, ground myself, and rebalance to be able to start my day as much as your yoga workout - thank you Tim
I really enjoyed Day 2, especially the hamstring stretches and the reminders on how to do a proper plank. I am writing you from a very cold, wintery day up in Canada, so the sound of the waves and the sight of a tranquil beach was welcomed.
I m still in on day 2 since day 1 ;) and since the first day i took a class with you Tim! You're amazing, one of a kind, a special human, so kind, making the world a much better place and my world a much nicer one ❤ THANK YOU!!!
Hi Tim! I'm glad to be ringing in the new year with you. I like the setting and once again thank you for the content and practice. Hamstring stretching was great and the focus on balance for some reason hit me differently today and I found an improvement in the three points! I missed yesterday so I combined both classes today. I'm caught up and ready to go with the rest of the challenge! Thank you again!
I feel so thankful for another year of 30 days yoga challenge!!!☀️ Specially loved the way you cued drishti in this one. It allowed me to carry the focus within me and not attach it to a physical point in space, and also to feel focused yet relaxed, not so fixated mentally, but only aware yet flowy, if that makes sense :) I'd never thought about it that way. So thank you, namasté.🙏🏼
Thank you for these classes. During the lockdowns I got used to working out online, but had difficulty scheduling time for online yoga classes. I have finally figured out that if I don't do all of my working out in the morning, it's not going to happen. I have been doing strenuous online workouts for an hour every day and then doing these lovely 20 minute yoga classes. The strenuous workout is the meal, but the yoga is the dessert!!
Great stretching for day 2! This is my first day back to work after a knee replacement. Getting back into yoga since surgery has been my goal. I may not be bending the knee like I used to, but waking up to knowing I'll get participate in the challenge is rewarding.
Dear Tim, i have been following your challenges since covid, and they have been the salvation! I m now on day 2, but this one is not the exception, as it is a very thoughtful, considerate of various levels needs, yet showing the opportunities for all, very energizing and motivating without being imposing……You are a truly gifted trainer… thank you so much!
Thanks, Tim! Did day 1 and 2 today. Just returning to the mat after a couple weeks of illness throughout the holidays. Feels good to move and stretch and get my body and mind back in balance. Looking forward to the 30 day challenge. 😊
I'm still here! The drishti was good to focus on, it helped keep me from other visual distractions. The hammies are tight, though, something that I've always struggled with, but the stretches felt good. A great way to start the year 😊
This is a class that I will definitely come back to. I've been doing your classes for years and yet I still find you to be a wonderful breath of fresh air! Thank you Tim. Namaste 🙏
Yep! I'm still with you for day 2! The drshti was fine for me during the balancing, hamstrings are tight and thanks to this video, they are releasing whatever they are holding on to... Right after I post this and get off the mat I'm going to do some therapeutic writing to further allow the release process. Thank you Tim, this video really helped me go internally from the external. ❤️😇✨
Lovely class. Have been doing yoga with you since 2016 and when I move away for a while and come back it just reminds me how amazing yoga makes me feel 🎉. Thanks Tim for all your work.
Really appreciated the movement into and out of the hamstring stretches. I also like the calendar! It's a visual reminder to keep my commitment to myself.
Thank you so much Tim! I enjoyed your class!! , I'm Sandy in Benalmadena, Spain. Where I live, looks very much like where you are giving the class. I took a New Years day swim, quite refreshing. I am the former Spanish dancer, who still obligates myself to do yoga, pilates, breathe, stretch, walk, meditate and try to enjoy life! Again thank you for your generosity and for being a talented teacher and Namaste!
I only found your channel a few days ago Tim, it is such a wonderful gentle start to getting back into yoga after experiencing some health challenges, I AM ALL IN!. Stretching was great thank you. 📿 Maria
I'm committed. Crazy thing. Before yesterday's Day One Practice of The Challenge, I woke up with my left hip feeling tight. I hadn't done anything traumatic, so I figured I must have slept weird. I did the Practice, but my hip continued to bother me all day. This morning I woke up and my entire lower back and hips are sore. This session was perfect. Thanks so much Tim! Can't wait for tomorrow!!
Namaste. I am really enjoying the slow dynamic flow of stretch with strength poses. I also love that it's not repetitive and that there are new movements every day. This is my new go to morning yoga. Thank you.
Thank you Tim. I am 69 with a lot of lower back and SI joint stiffness...really enjoying the challenge but am doing each class about three times before moving on. So far (lesson 2) so good! thank you again.
I am with you for Day 2!!! I am doing your challenge this month and I'm loving it! Today's was slow paced and yet powerful! I loved all the transitions and I'm excited to see where the rest of this challenge takes me!
Day 2 was very good. Definitely felt the hamstring stretches. I really like how you give clear instructions and show alternative poses to make. Look forward to Day 3.
