Such a wonderful flow! Challenging enough to keep it interesting, but not so difficult I am unable to do the poses. I vote for more of these 20 min sequences. Thank you for your time and energy! I appreciate you.

Dear Kassandra, with this yoga video I've started my everyday morning yoga routine in 2020 . And now I love my mornings because of this habit and the following cups of coffee . Great yoga workout/stretch, esp for 20 minutes. Once you do it two days in a row, it will be hard to stop. This is easy & easy to do daily.

A little more of one year ago, I had hip surgery replacement on my left side. I’m 55 and I was walking with a cane before the surgery. Now I’m totally recovered thank God and your Yoga videos have made a huge difference in my health and recovery path. Thank you so much! Namaste.

Loved this flow! Kassandra's cues are timed perfectly, so that I was able to follow easily without having to look at the screen too often. I was also able to do poses or transitions where I first thought "oh absolutely no!" I must say, I'm a bit proud of myself there 😅 really seeing the progress of the last couple of months 😊 Thank you Kassandra for your beautiful channel and community ❤️

I have followed yoga classes in the past but with Kassandra, yoga feels so much more zen and intimate. I started with the 10 minutes practices and slowly got to 20 minutes. I am so glad to see the progress ! Even ordered yoga blocks today so I can do the practices with props ❤️

This was a great one! Started doing your 10min morning challenge back in april as my first foray into yoga (completed it 3 times). Was a bit wobbly in the transitions of this but pretty happy I could do all the poses (except the plough...i don't think that will ever happen!). Thanks Kassandra for introducing me to yoga!

I like your style. During the crazy pandemic period I needed something to keep me physically active. I tried different videos, but choose yours because I like your approach. Your instructions are clear and I don't need to look at the video to see the movements and the poses. I just follow your voice. AND...what I most love about your approach is that you don't talk too much. I can concentrate on my breathing and body movement. It is a a pleasant experience. Thanks!

Thank you so much for this perfect, short practice! I haven’t been doing much yoga lately, what with summer holidays, my child being home, travelling where I don’t have much room or time for yoga, and, when back home, many of my classes have been cancelled at my yoga centre due to instructors being away on holiday (I live in Europe where many things are actually closed all throughout July). This video really packed in some of my very favourite poses all in one 20 minute video (perfect for when I’m home alone with a bored 10 year old). I’ll be looking for more of your videos.
