I love that you created a series of Pilates workouts that are targeted for the menstrual cycle. My lower back gets stiff and my energy level wanes. I am grateful these movements energized me and addressed the stiffness in my back.

Please keep this series going!! I absolutely love it! I’m always too lethargic to too anything but not having to leave my house and do only a 20 minute low impact workout was literally EXACTLY what I needed. You have been the sole reason I’m now obsessed with Pilates!

definitely feeling better !!! I usually never workout on my period bc my body is so tired but I want to incorporate some exercise even during this time of the month to feel better. After trying this routine, I can say this is going to be one of my go to!!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us !!! 💗

Ahh this made a huge diff for me! I’ve probably done 20 of your workouts now and I’m down 13 lbs. I had such a painful period rn but this made me feel better 😊

Thanks so much for doing these videos! I’m 11 weeks postpartum and my period came yesterday so perfect timing (ofc swapped the core for some gentler exercises). Feeling much better after this!

Feeling all the things on my period today, and am thankful for this video. Was a stressful, no movement work day and wasa ready to lay down when I got home. Figured I'd show my body some love, and this did the trick! Would love a series on this. Will be doing part II tomorrow. :)

EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR! Just started today and wanted nothing more than to not move a muscle but I forced myself to do this! I am so so glad I did. I feel so relaxed ~ THANK YOU!!! I always struggle with exercising/dancing on my period because of my bad cramps. I have dance later tonight and a performance tomorrow so I will definitely be doing this again YAYY

I've always said I was going to do this when my cycle came but I always made excuses to not go to the gym because I was tired. finally came to the gym while on my cycle and realized this is what I've been needing this whole time. Thank You Raven !!!

Started my period today and this was perfect!!!! Looooove all the movements on the floor, I actually did this on my bed to motivate me to get up and now I have energy to take on the day🥰 Also played worship music at the same time after i ready my word for the day, beautiful time spent🥹
