20231112 태생이 하비인지라 체중감량을 많이 했는데도 하체는 여전한데요 ㅎㅎ 이 루틴 필수네요~~ 넘 시원하게 클리어~ 단~ 쉽지는 않네요 ㅎㅎ

몸치, 박치입니다.. 다른영상들은 박자 놓치기 일쑤고 힘들어서 숨차서 못 따라하는데 선생님 영상을 힘들고 숨차고 하는건 똑같은데 잘 따라하는것 같아요.. 구독하고 오늘은 좋아요도 눌렀어요..살 빠지면 댓글 남길께요... 언제쯤 남길수 있으려나?
