Started beginner stretching 2 months ago, I'm down 17 pounds and now doing intermediate and ab challenges!! I feel stronger and healthier! I'm 64 years old and this has been the best thing I've done for myself in awhile, ty so much!!
This video was amazing on so many levels. First, it ACTUALLY got the entire body. Second, it wasn't a lot of talking and there was music. Third, there was a timer which helps you relax fully. I would do this again.

This is my absolute favourite stretch. Thank you. I like that it holds each exercise longer and the way it counts down before the next exercise. In some of your more recent videos you also show what the next exercise is - could you add that in at the same time as the countdown? Could I request a similar one for the elderly? I like stretching with my elderly Mum, but she struggles sitting on her knees. Could you make a video where any of the exercises you sit on your knees for, you do on a chair maybe? And balance is very important for the elderly, so maybe include some balance activities? I try different instructors, but keep coming back to your videos - thank you

Really enjoyed the choice of poses and music :) I would say to folks just to be careful with your spinal alignment, especially in your forward folds. Try and keep the chin tucked in, neck in alignment wth the spine and really bend from the hips instead of rounding through your shoulders.You don't want to put pressure on your back or neck and you'll be able to deepen your stretch if you keep your back as straight as possible. I find it helps to think abut bringing my stomach to my leg or the floor instead of my head :)
I just found this video and I love it. The pace is perfect! The music is perfect! and I love the timer that way I do not have to continually watch the video to see when the pose changes. Hardly any talking, love it because then I can focus on my pose and the music. This relaxes me as well as stretches my body.

First time of doig after 18 months of followig 21 day stretches! Also worked hrd to get my fitess back up starting with your 21 day routine Daniella.This is just the right level of challenge for me at this stage to do at home. I have been going to fitness classes and the gym after being quite ill in the UK for 20 months. I am now back in Spain.

I completed this challenge but could already see results before the end of the first week. The deep quad stretch was the greatest challenge to me but I'm a pro right now. Thanks Daniela, I feel a lot more flexible now. I'll continue taking on greater challenges.

Yes! Love the timer system. I did this stretch routine after the beginners one yesterday (I'm still on my 21 day challenge). I loved this one and am back for more today.
I was trying to do physical activity for 30 minutes and I already had done some basic excersizes for about 10 minutes so I thought why not try some stretching. I’m glad I did. This was a very relaxing video and the woodwind/nature music was calm and peaceful especially doing this at night by myself. While a lot of the stretches were ones I didn’t know/use often or were variations of ones I did I was able to follow along quite easily. I believe the timer beeping was beneficial and I also thought that the stretches were held for an appropriate amount of time. On top of that, while some stretches were hard (especially the one where you bend backwards to stretch your quads), they were doable except for the one mentioned earlier and they seemed to work what part of the body they were supposed to work, meaning I was doing the stretches correctly. I got a good stretch out of my muscles and I do feel quite relaxed. It was different and I think that was the key to making the stretching feel so good. Maybe I’ll try this again soon. Thank you.
I don't know if I ever commented on this video but I've been doing this strech since last year that was when I find this video and it's been amazing!! Its the last thing that I do after workout and I feel so relaxed after, the music, the timing, you are very calm, just amazinggg!!!
finally, a stretching routine thats more than just hamstrings and cat/cows :) this was a nice full body stretch, feeling really calm after a long day at work!
Been using this stretch routine for years- allowed me to do the splits, and I can nearly reach my elbows to the floor when I touch my toes. Great for period cramps too.

This is one of the best stretch routines. I really appreciate it. This am after my workout was my first time but it will not be my last. I did have some trouble with the full quad stretch because there is an irritatiion in my right knee. I have done some of your other stretch routines, but this one is fantabulous. 💯✔
I’m a 23 year old grown up guy and I’m actually in love with your videos that are clearly more focused on women xD Since I found your channel I do these stretching exercises everyday in the evening after my workout and MMA training, it helps so much especially when your doing combat sports where you need the flexibility. I literally do your routines as often as I can with my friends that are as flexible as a rock to reduce muscle pain and injury proneness as well as for their flexibility lol. No unnecessary talking and straight to the point, and after watching your videos for over 20 times I know some routines by heart. Also you’re so pretty 😍
