I just loved this thanks Hannah😊 yesterday I was at dr & I gained 15lbs,Im so upset & just been crying😒 she told me I need more cardio like hiit,she said pilates not gonna make me lose weight uggg,I n😊❤❤❤eed to do more of your cardio workouts,I will never go back to tradional cardio workouts,I would die,I am on the depo shot & this one lady told me shes on it & gained 50lbs what! im so scared now,I have to do something,Im vegan I kmow I prob dont eat enough,I try to go walking when I can,but its pushing my 11 yr old autistic daughter on her adaptive bike,she wont walk & its not safew for her,I have alot of stress & Im just so emotional now,idk whats happening to my body,I will start doing more of your cardio workouts Thanks have a wonderful weekend & mothers day😊❤❤❤

Hey, can you consider doing workout with minimum abs invlovment? For people after surgery in abdominal area when you can start doing workout but you cannot work ab?
