This video was very challenging. I really enjoyed the variety of poses and felt like I was working muscle groups that would be very beneficial in advancing my practice. Glad this was on this week's playlist or I might not have given it a try. Thanks Tim and the rest of the Yoga With Tim team!

Wow that was hard core - I have mad respect for you that you can lift your two legs in that pose even for a moment (not sure what the name of the pose is but I could lift one leg at a time). Strong strong practice - thank you, Tim! 🙂

Loved this, so amazing for my shoulders. Cannot figure out how to lift my torso with my hands by my side... I tried blocks, but still didn't get very far.

This was a great core class. Thank you for all the directionand explanations for the different poses.I was expecting albeit dreadfully to do low boat to high boat pose crunches which I need to do more of. Thanks again.

Oh by the way Tim, I was thinking of the idea if it would be possible for you to give each of your classes a class-specific-nummer as many of them (naturally) have similar titles and it would be easier for us YWT users and fans for to find/search for a specific class, if it will also have its own number. To see all the core workouts, in your Google search bar type in ru-vid.comvideos On the opening page - at the top of the page in the middle - click on PLAYISTS. To the far right you will see a right-pointing arrow. Click on this arrow. Then you will see a magnifying glass icon. Click on this icon. Type in core Then you’ll see all the core videos available.😉

I don't remember what it is called, but the pose where you hold yourself off the floor with your legs out in front of you, I have a really hard time getting my butt off the floor. I am suspicious that it may be partly because my arms are shorter in proportion to my torso. I'm sure it's also my core. After giving birth to 2 kids it's not where it used to be. I usually do the move supporting myself up on my fingers/knuckles which gives me a couple inches more to move in. It also gives my wrists a break. Do you think doing it up on my knuckles is unsafe?

I would not do this class if you have diastasis. Any crunching movement should be avoided.

Another word for shoulder blade. It's the bone that connects the clavicle to the humerus. Just google 'scapula' there's a great visual and explanation. 😉
