Whooohoooo indeed one of my favorite workouts. Love that you can work the abs at the same time during the walking and exercises with the weights, which one should be contracting those abs before executing the movement with the weights to protect your back and keep good posture. I kept changing from a light weight to a lil heavier one. Good workout !!!
I was doing 20 min for 2 weeks and decided to push myself and did 40 min instead❤❤. I invite anyone that is ready to level up with this workout, to repeat it a 2nd time to equal 40 min, it's so doable that you don't even feel the time go by 🥰
Walking workouts are my favorite! Please do more, helps me get my steps in and easy cardio as I cannot do too much high impact anymore! Doing this tomorrow! Love the walking in the middle of the breaks and dumbbells! Please do 30-40 min also! Thank you sweetie ❤ from Long Island NY
I LOOOVE THIS!!! Not only it is perfect for begginers or apartment workout (when outside are allergies or cold) but also I love the music, mix of pop and house hahah❤️ I hate that everybody puts techno music in work out videos lol

Amazing!! I started doing weights after a long time again . Generally into body weight only via yoga… even 1 kg each feels so heavy with your workouts. Had heard somewhere that if you do exercises correctly even one kg is enough!! Amazing !! Workouts!!
