This 20-minute class focuses on strengthening the core and upper body to help improve our strength and mobility in the yoga practice. I also introduce mobility exercises to help the spine, neck, shoulders, and upper back.

I know I am late to the game, but I am Truly Loving these practices! I feel like I'm re-learning yoga because of the perspectives that you give us! I have always pushed myself when it comes to yoga and I didn't realize that I was hurting myself and my practice. I am really trying to switch gears and do what I know I should do verses what I think needs to be done and I'm enjoying yoga so much better and feeling stronger! Thank you Tim! I'm so excited for what's to come!!
Day 4 is done! I definitely appreciate these videos being uploaded first thing in the morning. I get up at 5:30 am and start my day out right! Can't wait for tomorrow :)
