I am experiencing palpitation, chest pain and shortness of breathing for the past few weeks. After doing the yoga as per your instructions, I am really feeling fresh and my palpitation, chest pain and breathing problem has reduced to some extent. i have anxiety disorders too! generalized anxiety disorder, phobias, panic attacks and etc. I can't take meds cuz first they are horrible for you and second they gave me stomach ulcers & h pylor & gerd..so i cant even take it even if I wanted too.

Usually in regular excercise we are told to exhale against gravity, like exhale while raising torso in bhujangahasana & inhale while lowering down Similarly for glute bridge sethuhasana Does the breath make any difference to a person with cad

Just follow the rule of nature. When we expand lungs , inhale and when you contract exhale. Eg : in bhujangasana when we lift torso , its expanding lungs so inhale and come back exhale..and when hold pose, normal breath. Forward bend pose..as bending forward, lungs contract so exhale. Hope this clarifies.. Postures which involves lungs contraction and expansion, then breathing correctly way is important.

Yoga, exercise first and then pranyama which help you to relax your body and be more focused and comfortable while practicing pranyama. However , one can do pranyama before exercise. I personally prefer later.

For high blood pressure, it is not suggested to do fast , active kapalbhati. However, slower version with few strokes (like 15-20 strokes) each round ..can be done. With sever conditions, its better to avoid

i tested positive for corona virus on 10 april and i had mild symptoms but now my heart beat rise when i woke up , and my brain is not working well . i am doing your yoga from today empty stomach can i do this in evening too ?

Yes you can do again with empty stomach.. Watch your energy levels, do as much as you feel like doing. Keep hydrated your self and think positive.. It will help
