I will do this one after my volunteer stint. I am so glad you have a variety of workouts because I want to sandwich them in during my day instead of sitting too long at one time.

Thanks. I am 61 yr old female. My heart has lowered because of sleep apnea and BP meds. I have back problems so cannot do hard exercises.
