Ok walkers lemme tell you .. I got this “ walk up”call in Jan 2020 I was 70 kgs .. I regularly walk with Leslie at home . 3 mile walk every 4 days In a week and 2 mile walk the remaining days . 1 mile walk when I’m really not in a mood but I manage to do it . Miracle it is . I am now 55kgs ( sept 2020) . Thank you so much leslie you r the best . I urge all of you to regularly walk with Leslie cz it is the easiest of all the home work outs and it helps you to shed some pounds , sweat like anything n yes u also gotta follow a healthy diet too .
@@surabhipatil7259 hola .. yes I did n I still do .. initially I was on military diet , then I switched it to paleo.. gradually started to shed pounds n I’m still doing this workout along with hiit for 30 mins .Presently I weigh 56 n I eat almost everything but I keep a count on calories .
I can not thank you enough for your walk videos!! It is helping me to fight osteoporosis by getting in my 10,000 steps a day even when it is raining or snowing or too dark out ( I prefer to walk outside). As a Physical Therapist I recommend your videos to many patients especially those who can't get out. I first heard of you years ago from a patient who had your walk a mile video tape :) God Bless you.
Hi Leslie thank you so much for sharing this walk series video. This is one of the best versions so far. A combination of all other videos that I’ve actually used, thanks to you. This has actually put me into an exercise habit everyday. This is much better than the exercise equipment that I just bought. Going through the steps everyday virtually joins me with the rest of the fun team that you have out there - Nick, Rocky, Michael and the rest. Oh man! I am now working out in the AM/PM, 2x a day, and my morning was yoga for a few months and I decided to switch it up and this is my 2nd week on the Walk at Home! Let me just say I can tell a HUGE difference between morning yoga VS morning cardio for the rest of the day. Thanks for this killer workout! I'm temporarily exhausted and ready for that endorphin kick coming!
I have started following 20 minutes walk , aged 65 years male, weight 102 kg. Height 5 feet 10 inches .I have pain in my left knee with uric acid level 8 . What I am finding that I never explored my athletic ability ,inspite of pain in knee I am enjoying walk watching video , doing it twice a day and after walk I feel light but tolerable pain in knee remains. Any suggestions are welcomed to continue walk or something else.
Hi everybody! I had my 83rd birthday at the end of March and have “”walked” every morning since then. Its not quite like climbing mountains- the scenery is not as good but it is keeping me fit. Thank you to Leslie and her team.

This was the best work out video! It was soooo much fun to work out . The video was very well edited with different workout sessions . Just love it. I did the 6 weeks challenge and trust me it was so wonderful. I measured my self before and after and yes I saw a change in myself . I loose couple of inches from my waist, my arms . 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I just started today Leslie, I feel that I trapped at home taking care of my elderly mother, but today I made my 20 minutes I feel great, thank you, I feel that this is not hard for me to do it everyday.
Brilliant! We (me 73, Gill 70) are in week two of our Coronavirus lockdown in Southampton, UK. We are regular gym members in normal times but on day one we found this channel and love it. 20/30 minutes in the morning and 10/15 in the afternoon. year ago i started seriously walking and staying very active, in the last 15 months I have had both knees done, since 2014 i have come from 400 lbs i am now in the low 230's, I am doing fantastic, no leg or knee pain, I give all the glory to My Lord for my athletic abilities, I am almost 51 and I feel awesome.

I do any of Leslie Sansone's workouts every single day, sometimes twice, as they all burn calories and sweat off weight, they get the metabolism moving! I also eat several different fruits daily, along with lots of veggies and a salad with chicken or fish. And a lot of fluids, sugar free!

started walking and working out at home in November 2020 when it was clear that the fitness centers and gyms would be closed in Denmark for quite a long time due to covid-19. I discovered this channel at the start of 2021 and it's a great addition to my daily program. 😊
I've been following leslie's video for 2 or 3 mos now. I really love it, I don't have to go out just to jog, nor I don't need big space to do an exercise at home. I'm not on a strict diet but at least, this exercise help me maintain my weight. :) I've also recommended this to family and friends :)

I totally agree. It is hard to find workout wear that is good quality, well fitting, comfortable, not too expensive, and not designed for the super fit and young. She should have her own line.

@@silverrbells , I do walk a minimum of 5km everytime I do my walking exercise. once I did 9.3km or 13,800+ steps. 20mins is ok but I think it is not enough.

I just have to smile when I see Michael's smile! Is there a Michael exercise video? Hubby and I are ages 72 and 71 so we can't always keep up this pace. He is fighting prostate cancer, but we are always helped with Leslie's routines. Love you, Leslie!

I did😂. Michael is such a bundle of joy and I am so glad he is there. You know often we reinforce a stereotype about body types by saying only slim people can exercise and be healthy. We all can make healthy choices at whatever stage of our lives we are at.
