Dear Leslie and team, I would like to thank you for the classes you make available on your RU-vid channel, as they helped me not to go crazy and not to get depressed during the pandemic, especially during the 2020 lockdown. I've been following your channel for over 2 years. I'm Brazilian and I've lived in Portugal for almost 6 years, so you can imagine what it was like to experience all this practically alone, away from family and dearest friends. It wasn't easy and your cheerful classes helped me a lot. I chose this particular video to make these comments, because I noticed that in it there is a lady who must be around 65 years old and she is cute. She has a vibrant and happy energy, showing joy with the exercises and most importantly: when we want, nothing can stop us!!! I'm 50 years old and I want to keep exercising like she does. I felt represented!!!! Thank you all for helping us around the house! Today I exercise 5 days a week and I started with your classes!

It been one week already since I start walking with leslie. I did 8 miles every day. And I cut the sugar in my coffee completely. Taste awful but what can we do. Also I cut a lots of carbs and sweet. But guess what it pays off. I lost 10 pounds in a week. Next week I will be doing 5 miles a day. Promise I will let you know about any progress thanks a lot my hero love you leslie.

This is great for real people with real weight issues. So many routines in youtube for beach bodied folks who don’t know how difficult life gets with 100 extra lbs. Try jumping up/down with all that mass. It’s not a pretty sight.

The only reason why this is the best workout out there is because it will be over before you even realize you’ve exercised for 15 minutes. Often times, you’ll just find yourself have to repeat it!

@@sanjyotwankhede3622 I did it once in the morning and once in the evening, I didn't eat anything after 20:00 but almost everything (as I did ) except bread and sweets before. Sometimes I did static bicycle between... Now I only do it once and 4 km bicycle to keep my weight as it is... It worked for me! I hope you'll have a wonderful year to come!

It worked for me and I didn't do any diet I was eating as before but nothing after 20:00 and no sweets and bread. I didn't see results from first week. You can do it but don't feel anxiety just do it and enjoy it! We are beautiful with or without kg!!! I wish you the very best and take care!!

I don't remember how I found Leslie, but I am so glad I did. I'm 54 with health challenges and I hadn't worked out in years. But lockdown hit, we were stuck at home and I decided to get off my butt and move. You feel so good after every session.

I have to say working out every day for 3 weeks and have lost 13 lbs and feeling great. Reduce my calorie intake and about 4 to 5 bottles of water. I love it, thank you.

I have been walking with Leslie for over a year and I lost 54 pounds last year! I keep telling friends I don't go to a fancy gym (don't have one close by anyway) or do crazy hard workouts. I just do a mix up of her workouts!

Walking works! CrossFit and other extreme workouts don't exactly cater to the young at heart, but walking is easy on the joints, yet provides an excellent workout for the entire body. Leslie cares about people and helping them reach their goals. I love her and her beautiful walking cast! Keep up the good work! You're awesome!.😃👍❤️

Love walking with Leslie, what a life changer, in the past 6 months my blood pressure has been lowered plus I've lost 23 pounds. Even tho I have knee and hip problems, I will keep on walking with Leslie, til I no longer can!! Thanks Leslie

Yes. I have a bad knee and usually walking hurts my knee but walking with Leslie I can get through it without pain but definite sweat. 💯

I love your walking program. I'm 81 and I used to dance and workout all the time. Then I turned 80 and slowed down all the way. Now I'm so happy to have found you on my computer and I walking 1 or 3 miles with you and your great class everyday. Thank You so Much Leslie, You are the BEST ever!!!!

Great workout, started watching your video a month ago and i can feel the difference. i do a 2 mile walk every morning and watch what i eat and i will keep doing this everyday. anybody can do them and it will make a difference. thank you for helping me to make a difference.

TODAY is day 2 of my challenge to walk 1 mile for 10 days. I am loving the class and I wished I could get more friends and family on board with this home walking workout. In only my third class, I am definitely finding the benefits of doing these 15 minute sessions as I am moving my arms and of course walking each step, either in time or out of time with Leslie. I only wished I discovered this series of videos earlier as I was a total couch potato over the winter and now it is summer, I am loving the idea that on really hot days (like today it is 36C), I can still walk but I don't have the sun and the heat beating down on me, instead I am doing it in the comfort of being in a cool room. I am definitely working my legs and my arms as I find that my legs are burning within 5 minutes and I am just hanging on to get through the 15 minutes, and when the 15 minutes is up, I am left thinking that it didn't feel as though it was a 15 minute walk. It was also great to watch the video and see Barb in the back, doing the workout but to her own pace. Every exercise programme I have watched always featured aerobic instructors and watching this video with people on different fitness levels is a great incentive to stay with the programme because at times you do get tired and you feel like a failure if you don't keep up or continue with the routine, but with this one, at least you are encouraged to keep walking and keep moving even if you are sore or you are puffed. Thank you Leslie for having people in your class who represent a great cross section of people who go to the aerobic classes because not everyone has stamina to work out for 15 minutes.

She is so energetic. I started walking with her but I was doubtful. But the very first day after workout my headache got cured. And I found myself happier, stronger person. I like her class very much. She is continuously motivating her trainees. This is day 2 and I am feeling good. I don't know whether this will reduce belly fat or not in the long run. Anybody answer?
