Staying in a hotel and it's raining. Fitbit counted this as a run and gave me credit for a RUN with this -- I was pushing my self. Thank you for this.

Good morning Lucy 😊 really enjoyed this especially on the day I'm going into the office and so walking time is limited. I did this earlier and I did a light jog instead of the fast march and got in around 2760 steps. I love that 'exercise is a treat for the body" really good way of explaining what and why we are doing this. Have a great week all and thank you so much for all that you do ❤🙏

Thank you soo sooo much Lucy for all the brilliant exercise programs you create 💐 I have always been an outdoors exerciser with swimming, walking, netball and running etc. but at the end of last year I suffered an incident that has lead to PTSD and a fear of leaving the house/being in public. I have followed you for a few years but recently being more stuck at home these programs have been a godsend! 🩷🩷 Everyday I'm up doing your exercises to keep my physical health up and to also improve my mental health and I'm able to do so because you have created these programs. I can't thank you enough for all that you are doing 🩷💐
