I love Lucy and I have told so many people about you. Thank you soooo much for being an instrumental part in my over 100 pound weight loss. I can do workouts of yours without leaving to stop and take breaks before they are due. I feel so amazing and am in more in love with myself than ever before. I feel so much stronger, healthier and happier then I’ve ever been. Lucy, you are saving lives. I know because you helped save mine. I was depressed and going through a dark place and all I had to do was devote 4 or 7 minutes. Then one day I could do the 15 and so on. You got me to where I could incorporate yoga and walk 45 mins to an 1 and a half without stopping. I’m actually jogging part of my walks and I never thought I would see a day like that. Thank you Lucy and keep doing what you are doing.
Wow! Everyone if you are feeling sluggish out of shape i highly recommend let me repeat i highly recommend this workout! I started this just now plus her 20 min workout ! She is a game changer. I will be doing this twice a day.. If you never workout before I'll suggest you to take baby steps and stick with this and never give up.. You will thank yourself! You will feel more of a burn out from her workout programs than anyone else I tried! I'm not getting paid I don't know her I'm giving you my testimony and going to continue doing this for more than 30 days . I'll keep everyone updated . God bless you all
Hi everyone! Her workouts are great. I been working out since day one and lost weight and tone up alot. But I move on to different workouts that requires lifting weights so I can feel more of a burn. But don't give up continue to try her workouts its great

Lucy ma'am , I started doing this workout from today.. I have completed other 2 exercise sets and lost 2 inches of my belly day ..now I have almost 30 inch waistline .. I will continue doing them everyday (one set per week) and love you so much for uploading the videos ... They are really helpful... I lost 15 pounds using Lucy’s work outs. I had issues with my stomach but being consistent with her workouts I am very pleased with my results. I love how I look in my clothes.

Yes, I absolutely love Lucy's workouts! And I would benefit from pelvic floor strengthening exercises. I had three C-sections with my three sons and never once was I told that my pelvic floor needed rehabilitation after the C-sections. I did this in the morning...felt fabulous especially that swing move. Your workouts are so much effective. I am following you since 2 years, every morning the first thing I do after having water and brushing my teeth is your workout with/without video and I don't think there's a better morning routine than this. If I ever skip doing workout in the morning(which usually doesn't happen), I opt for stretching or walking in the evening. Thank you Lucy for these workouts. You're a great soul :-) -Love from India

Still absolutely loving this work out, been doing it for 6 months now and have lost 4 inches off my waist (I think it could have been more without the beer!!). I was wondering if you had any idea of calorific loss doing this work out Lucy? I am trying to calculate daily in's and out's :-)
Thank you for this. I am an overall skinny person but I have always had a stubborn muffin top. I have tried many workouts and I have tried a few of you other workouts and I see results! So I have no doubt that my muffin tops will be gone in no time with this. Thanks 😁

I also have knee issues - arthritis in both knees. However I find that doing the exercises actually helps. For the lunges I don’t go deep and I generally don’t do too much jumping as the impact hurts. I’ve found just about all Lucy’s exercises manageable with my knees and just adapt to suit.
@@lucywyndhamread Yes please. I love squats and lounges but I have jumpers knees so cant go too deep! or rather I shouldnt even do them so alternate workouts for these types of workouts would be great!

Dear Lucy, today I finally stopped procrastinating and I got my a into g! I’m 54 yr old apple shape, and I tried out your muffin top melt down, 7 mins to drop a dress size and an arm work out. I just wanna let you know, you helped me to lose 2.5 kg(75 to 72.5) in just one week(i did your 7 minute belly fat+arm fat exercises only 5 days as my period came). I also maintained a strict diet of 1200 calorie and walked 3000+ steps everyday. It wouldn’t be possible without you. U are an angel dropped from heaven.💗

Hi Lucy, I started doing your workouts in December and I have continued daily. They have quite simply been life-saving and life-changing, just as Arlena Johnson says below. I have also shouted from the rooftops about you and so many friends and family are also following you, because besides the fact that your exercises are fantastic, exercising both sides of the body evenly, (which it's amazing how many people DON'T do this!) and that they're not too strenuous on the back - you're such lovely, cheerful company with your lyrical, positive and encouraging voice!🥰✨ I just love that they're so quick as well and I just always allow for 15-25mins before my shower and then my workout is done. I've had my heart broken, but having your videos in my life has been empowering, helped me fall back in love with myself and strengthened my resolve to not let male entitlement and the patriarchy run me down! I'm heading for 50 and feeling fabulous and you've been a great part of that journey so thanks a mill! S/✊😆✨
I love the workouts - so easy to follow but you feel them working. That said , despite following one of the 7 day 7 min workouts for 7 days plus, the scales and measurements were no different. I eat fairly clean, any tips to boost impact? Also, at 48 yrs my thighs have gone from toned to saggy almost overnight...what exercise/ routines would anyone recommend for toning front/ inner thighs?
Hi Lucy, your workouts have helped me to gain some energy as my Crohn’s disease usually leaves me fatigued! Please can you do a workout to reduce one’s booty as this is my most problematic area! Thank you for the workouts during the pandemic, I’m sure it’s keeping many of us sane!

i have been doing U tube workouts for about 2 years and surprised I found you only about 2 weeks ago. I have really taken up your 7 min as well as indoor walks and hiit workouts and really liking their intensity level (just right for me). I have started to see results although havent reached my goals yet. Thank you for your workouts!
I have done yourcworkouts and lost inches. The only problem that I faced that I have chubby knees which are so stubborn to be melted. Lucy can you suggest any workout for this? Anxiously waiting.
I hate working out but, love your workouts! I have been doing them on and of for 2 years and if I commit to them I can definitely see some improvement. Thank you so much for these workouts. Quick and “easy” for a new mom with a newborn and it feels so amazing afterwards.

Okay so here I should take a moment to appreciate your workouts . Its feels amazing to do your workout and I must say that the result are too good . Like 2 months before i started doing your workout and I can proudly say that I can see the drastic affect in my body . And the best part of your workout is that they are of 7 - 10 mins and I can easily push myself off to do because they are way much shorter and affective too .
