Today I just didn't feel confident enough to go out for a run (I'm 4 months postpartum) and felt like I needed support and motivation to work out - this video was epic! Absolutely brutal and every muscle was screaming by the end! Feeling so much better physically and mentally. Thanks so much.

Intense workout. I’ve noticed there tends to be a focus on the shoulders and legs when doing “hardcore” hiit. Also I think mixing the burpee variations throughout the workout versus at the end would be helpful. Back to back burpees are a lot. I’m sweating so mission accomplished.

Definitely goes down as a hardcore workout to do. But 18: Press-ups, 19: Burpees with star jumps 20: Burpee tuck jumps needs a break somewhere. Probably best after press-ups.
I made it through to exercise 19, absolutely knackered. I'm thinking #20 isn't going to be anywhere near as hard, then... Burpee Tuck Jumps!! 🥵🥵 But great to really push myself again. Thx Joe! 💙
