Amy and Rhys take us through a 20 minute, full body, kettlebell workout routine for all levels of ability. Amy demonstrates modified versions of each workout so even beginners with no experience using kettlebells can follow along! This workout consists of the squats, russian twists, push-presses, bent-over rows, forward lunges, deadlifts, sit-up to press-ups, triceps presses, kneeling halos, and kettlebell swings.

Can’t tell how many times I’ve done this workout. It`s doable but challenging, and by the end you feel like you’ve worked the entire body. One of my favourite routines.

This is a great beginner workout for most and a everyday workout for those “over 50’s” with knee and hip stiffness who need a workout without overdoing it. I have been doing it 3 times a week for two years and it keeps my joints mobile.

I love this workout. I can get it done quickly while my kiddos sleep and feel energized and strong for my day. Touches on the whole body. Super organized. I love the timers and advance notice of what is coming. Great workout!

Haven't worked out in years bought a 35lb kettlebell thanks to Joe Rogan thought this would be a cake walk....I was gassed after the warm up... I did one round of the exercises and had to stop the video I will get to the end of the 4 rounds... Just not today 😔😔😔

Amy thank you for this. I had my 13yr old do this since he's unable to play football and do his training. He enjoyed it towards the end lol and did it on his own the following day.

I just did this workout for the first time, and it was not easy. Although I was sweating buckets by the end, I felt amazing! I also loved how the cool down felt like sneaking in 5 minutes of yoga. Thanks for an incredible full body workout, Amy and Rhys! This was exactly what I needed to mix up my routine.

This workout is so going to be my routine. Done twice in a row and my kettlebell weighs 8kg... so much so it made my workout more challenging. it was rewarding at the end of the session. THANKS 3000

Good video. However, most video of KBW I’ve don’t tell the viewers they KG/LG they are using. That would help. I already did my research on a good size for myself. But , it’s useful information to implement in the video.

I love this workout!!! Just did it at home and I feel very tired but refreshed. Do you have any tips on how to do sit-ups? I've never really been done it successful all the more with a kettlebell.

Absolutely love this workout!! Your running commentary on how to maintain good form is very helpful. I just wish you would also upload to Rumble. The constant ad interruptions on RU-vid is very annoying.

Amy, still working with you everyday. Upped my kettle bell weight to 20 lbs and although it felt good this 60 year old body is hurt'n but all good. Rhys was slacking yesterday by the way, LOL. Cheers

This was such a great video, thank you!! Question - it seemed that Rhys drew the kettle bell above and behind him during the halo, whereas Amy moved it more above and in front / directly above the head. Is there a right or wrong way or does it just depend on preference?

Is it just me, but she points her knees in when doing the jumping jacks. Can't help thinking she's going to hurt herself (says the woman who hasn't exercised in... quite some time and has more weight to lift on those jumps! 😕😅) I've learnt that kettlebells are more useful than just swinging!

It's been a hard year for me. Probably some situational depression going on (Yeah... it's 2021). No motivation. Normally, I have some sort of baseline, but this might be the most out of shape I have ever been (I'm 35). I'm not overweight. I'm lucky that way. Just... pretty weak and I have no stamina. I'm also 6'8" with a continuously problematic back. But I've decided getting motivated is the only way out of this multi pronged slump. I'm not 100% sure I can even finish this workout, but here's hoping I can edit in a half hour with a positive note! I survived! Barely.

As someone still new to working out and overweight, I wouldn't call this a true beginner's workout. I made it through but it was very very challenging and I cant imagine someone who hasn't been working out long to be able to make it all the way through this workout.

I'm overweight kettlebell begginner. And oh boy I was struggling. Maybe because I used 12kg kettlebell for all exercises. What wight they used in the video. What weight I should use for these exercises. I'm Middle aged man who "developed" pretty big tummy especially during lockdown, haven't done exercises in years, so yeah total beginner. Help/advice would be much appreciated.
