To fully engage with life, it’s important to acknowledge and accept your emotions knowing that your emotions are not you. You can let go of the labels of right or wrong and good or bad. Emotions are simply energy, and when you allow yourself to experience the emotions as they arise, the energy will move through you and the emotions do not need to rule you. Today, I will guide you to first acknowledge your emotions, connect with them and lean into the actual experience of the feeling of that emotion. Only after you feel the feeling can it move through you and then you can begin to awaken to life more fully.
Once you release the energy of the emotion, you will have time to build a feeling of gratitude to shift into a positive energetic state to carry with you after this practice is complete.

My daughter, my sisters, that I’m learning to have self compassion, my dogs, that I have the ability to change the schemas in my brain through repair and ultimately change the way I experience the world and relationships, and learn another way of feeling in my body that isn’t in a state of constant hyper-arousal

I really appreciate that you give a short intro before the meditation actually starts, it gives me that little time to settle on the mat , put a shawl around my shoulders and breathe .

This is just what I needed today. Have had two passing panic attacks very recently. I am now journaling the feeling of gratitude as I was able to let them pass as I breathed them and quickly let them go. I will continue to be patient with myself. Thank you for this intuitive meditation today.

dear nice lady i am so sorry to hear you have panic attacks,can you please do this for just ten minutes day ,stand still its an open eyed meditation done upright stood in a very comfortable position legs slightly apart slight bend in the knees now life arms to chest height like you are holding a beach ball against your chest,lock your eyes onto a point off in the distance above eye line now just listen to your breath ,if the arms get tired lower them slowly to your sides but still maintain the stance and listening to your breath,if you go on you tube and type in standing still you can see the stance just ten minutes a day in a very short space of time you develop awareness,happiness,calmness and fearless these are the internal qualities of a warrior ,i teach standing still all over the world ,most people havea topsy turvy internal world and it is that what is realy causing the suffering ,standing still changes the internal world ,when you stand still raise the thought who am i at some point in your spiritual development you will get your answer ,god will speak to you ,my brother phoned me last week he said god answered me,i said yes the great i am spoke to you,he is changed forever my brother and thank goodness too he has been nasty most of his life thank god its gone

Thank you so much Sara. Your medications and your voice have helped me to really approach meditation with an open heart and use it for self healing in every way. Of lately i have been experiencing a lot of emotional pain, hurt as a result of which panic attacks have become frequent. This video especially has helped me process my deepest feelings and work on them. I use it every morning. And it works wonders. So grateful for having come across mindful movement 🙏🏽

Doing this practice for 2 consecutive days has successfully reduced my muscle pain/soreness I had been feeling for several days and thought was related to ergonomic repetitive strain from working at my computer. Thank you

Good morning sara thank you very much for this meditation i needed it today very much I have epilepsy so even though I take medicine sometimes I still get seizures and I had one during my sleep last night so this morning I woke up in pain and didn't know what to feel but you changed all that im feeling so much better I hope you have a great day sending love from barbados 🇧🇧
