I wanna thank to this channel, because you changed my life. Then i started to do yoga, i become more stronger, positive, creative, and better man for my girlfriend. Thank you ❤️!
I looked at something today that I wrote to myself 4 years ago: "Change is the only certain thing that will constantly reshape my life." Funny that you mentioned that here in this session.
Thank you for this practice. Your words about letting go and not trying to control were what I needed to hear after a difficult day. I feel somehow lighter after this.
This was a great practice for some much-needed relaxation and release this afternoon. I love that it's so short so you can fit it into a busy day but there's still plenty of time spent in each pose. I also love your encouraging and comforting reminders of mindfulness and surrender
Exactly what I needed :) I found your channel not too long ago, and as someone else who is also very grounding and down to earth, I thoroughly enjoy your videos 💜
Ah this was nice, suffered my first injury since starting yoga, but not from a yoga session, just from being sat at my desk too much (typical). So something gentle to ease back into it is just what i needed. Allergies have kept me from joining you on the breath work though, as one nostril is well and truly blocked haha
Hey Flo, thanks for today’s episode. I am guilty of making too little time for restorative sessions. So this helped a lot. I do have one more urgent question, I twisted my ankle yesterday quite severly goofing around with my wee girl. Could you give tips/ provide a strong flow with little or only light ankle involvement? I am a physicion so no need to worry that I miss a serious injury or do something silly compounding the injury but I want to keep my movement practice up. Thanks for taking the time and keep up the great work. stay safe!
Restorative and yin is probably the best. For movement walking seems to be the best as most strong classes are also involving the ankles and feet heavily.
hey man congratulations on reaching 300k hope you rise more .I have a confusion I have been practicing yoga for sometime now earlier I was able to do even your advanced session but now I am turning to weak and even loosing the muscle mass that i had gained and yes i cant even sleep at night ,i am even getting tired in the middle of the class that i had done in one go . and i am not able to gain the desired physique (yes not gym like but a handsome boy like ) please suggest me someting
could be many factors. as you say you can't sleep, sleep is probably the biggest one. then hydration and the right diet are also big factors as well as stress levels. the stars also affect us humans, especially the moon and certain constellations/events. aim for 7.5 or 9h of sleep each night in a cool and dark bedroom. avoid blue light at least 1h before sleeping. drink more water and eat more veggies and fruits. see how you feel after a month of doing that daily.
Grab a book called Eat Smarter (and Sleep Smarter). They really transformed my game and I'm sure they'd be useful for you too in learning how eating and sleeping affects our bodies and cognitive functions
@@SSIS69 Just saying "eat more calories" has little meaning. Fast-food has lots of calories but definitely doesn't help with the issues he's facing. High-quality protein-rich foods instead are usually calorie rich and support muscle growth
Good morning Flo, I really enjoy your Yin-Yoga classes. However, I find fold-over-exercises like the dragonfly really hard, because I can't even bring my upper body to even a straight 90° position let alone to fold over. Is there an alteration to these exercises?
It's great to practice with u ❤✌ but how we can create our own flow when we can't reach out to ur videos due to some personal reason... Can we do yoga alone sometimes?
I’m relatively flexible, however, my hamstrings are TIGHT. Will I ever be able to go as deeper into poses with more practice? Or should I just accept that I may never be able to go as deep as some people?
I have a deviated septum which makes breathing through the bad nostril very difficult. Any suggestions on how to work through or around that? It’s a pain in BJJ too because my cardio isn’t what it should be.
No sorry we can’t help there. But there are specialists on these topics. Perhaps a breathing therapist or a surgeon that focus on this from a more physical side.
