Leslie, I commented on your live stream a little earlier today. 😊 I just wanted to say thank you for getting me through the darkest most challenging part of my life I've experienced so far. I've been practicing with you for about three years, and I don't know why I've never said thank you before. I'm a little ashamed. I think you and Duke are such an incredible power couple with a beautiful family. You guys are life goals, relationship goals, and just GOALS. Again, thank you for being on countless occasions the best part of my day.

i loved the flow, it made me sweat a bit, but the second part of more static poses made me get back to the roots and stay stable, grounded in the yummy stretch. once again - God bless you for your services in this Earth Planet, Lesley, thank you !
Greetings from Crete! I did this practice in a narrow hotel room with no mat but I really felt the need for some good, hearty excercise and it worked with some little modifications! Feeling really good now after a long day on my feet! Thanks Lesley!
I have become very fond of Angi Sara pranayama in the last few years. Although, I like Kabalaghati as well, it has been more challenging for me. This was a great morning practice. I am going to second Bryan comment, THANK YOU for being there for us. You simply rock Lesley! Love to you. xo
I'm glad it wasn't too difficult. Yes, the breathing is challenging...it takes a while to train the breath just like it takes time for the body to become stronger and more flexible! xx
Day 27 done! I had to make some modifications today, as I was very tired after a rather busy week... I did my best on the core work though, so I think I deserve a nice day of rest 😊. See you tomorrow Lesley and Duke 💖🙏🏻
Day 27 I must say I am glad it’s over. Not the best day for me in the series. A little more warm up at the beginning could have helped. Anyway its on to Day 28. 😁
OK, that was a tough one. Those body lifts and jumping back and forward exercises are just not my cup of tea. To see some progress I would have to practice them definitely more often. But as there are so many other things I like more I think it won't come to that ;-).
