Good video man!!! Thanks The only problem was that I had to remove the clips from the fuel lines clip by clip with a flat head screw driver. The exact to you had I purchased in Autozone, grind like you said and still didn’t fit between the the fuel lines because there not long enough place the tool. Took was only $13. No bog deal. I Only lowered the tank with the jack some inches nothing else. Good job.
Hey Thomas I'm always watching and always thumbs up... I have a 95 isuzu NPR have you ever done a video on the primer that's located on the injector pump.? Because I have a very little small leak coming from where you prime the fuel. Is it hard to replace?
Was this for a gas or diesel or are the tanks the same. My fuel gauage does not work at all. Its stuck on E. I am think the tank float is stuck or needs replaced. 04 w5500 4cyl diesel.
I have a 2003 isuzu npr 5.7 gasoline engine my abs light is on i was looking for the fuse to see if it was blown i could not find the fuse where is it located.
Thank you for the NPR videos !! I noticed a lot of these trucks are needing service! I have a 1999 NPR Isuzu with a crank only no start issue. To start the engine I have to bypass the fuel pump relay.. Any thoughts?
I am having the same problem, with the crank only and no start. I wanna say it’s my fuel pump that went out because it makes a loading beeping sound when I switch to accessories
Just bought a 2000 NPR gasser. Doesn't start. I was told it was the ecu, but I think it's the fuel pump. Checked all the fuses, even the hidden ones. Was able to use some starting fluid and it fired twice. Could've replicate it. What do you guys think?
spark plug wire, touching the exhaust. check there first. while it is running, pull the plug wire and see does the idle change. my guess is it wont. if not the wire, change the plug with cylinder 2 clear the codes and run it for a couple min then read the codes again, if cylinder 2 has a misfire code, change the plug.
Hi Uneek I have 2008 Isuzu NPR HD 5.2 diesel and I have misfire cylinder 4 I replaced fuel filter and oil and filter delete the code run grate after that God bless you
got on for ya... truck sputtered and died... all else good its fuel. I check it out I have no power at the fuel pump. fuse in the glove box good. switched all the relays around behind drivers door outside box) (dont know where the fuel relay is I'm guessing here)... no power.... checked chafing, unplugged connectors, etc no power still at pump only 5 volts on 1 wire... I cannot find the accident inertia disconnect switch so I'm stumped.... anyone had this issue? no point in changing the pump yet cuz theres no power so it's probably not even the pump . anyone???.
ground, when checking for power, are you checking using a different ground other than the one to the pump. common mistake. because the ground drys and breaks or cracks. try running a long wire from battery to the fuel pump to rule out power as well. is yours a gasser or diesel.
Wrong pump for this application!!! He makes it look like it will fit but does NOT show the pump installed! The tab on that pump is in the wrong position for the lock ring and the rubber seal does NOT fit the orifice of the tank! If you orient the pump where the tab matched the groove the hose connections are facing sideways. He knew it and didn't mention it.
i am not sure what you are referring to, but the pick up tube don't care where it is, it still sucks the fuel. i will go back and look after responding to everyone. thanks for watching.
