2001-2007 Kawasaki Mule 3010 Trans 4x4 no start issue. Carburetor cleaning KAF620 4 seat Mule 

I got other one I’m working on and with a new needle I still can’t stop the flooding and owner said a dealer put the new pump on it but it still won’t run right so they told him the engine was bad, valves were way too tight

Awesome Job!! I have a 3010 mule that idles inconsistently and displays throttle surge (inconsistent throttle rev and sometimes revs when the throttle isn't even being pressed). I notice that one cylinder is noticeably hotter than the other when running for a while, and the mule itself feels really underpowered when it does run. With that limited information, what would be your troubleshooting steps? I just replaced spark plugs and got a new carb off eBay that matched the stock part number.

Had one last year that I thought was carb but it was dirt dobbers stop nearly all the exhaust pipe up

Why would you fast forward through the carb rebuild but make sure everyone watched you check to see if there was gas in the tank?

I got a mule at work trying to figure out why when not in gear it fast idles (in gear perfect) and out of gear too fast to change back into gear?, I’ve adjusted the screw and had to replace the screw as well. but there also a speed limiter that surges way too hard when flat out pretty sure it’s just could they be linked or is it just full of gremlins?
