Thanks for the vid. Needed help removing mine to replace my floater on my 07 Coupe. Damn near broke the ring because it was on so tight. Ended up using an oil filter remover to get it lol.
what was your symptoms for your car? i have the same coupe and im getting a weird lean condition. ive checked and replaced almost everything i could possibly think of, but not the fuel pump. i get good pressure, but something just seems off. any tips?
Good video. If you are worried about pressure you can follow the fuel line line to the fuel injector rail and give the bolt a quarter turn to release pressure.
Is there a fuel strainer I could replace could you possibly do a video on it? My fuel pumps is good I’m guessing. I’m just paranoid that my car isn’t accelerating, when I step on it it’s a little laggy.
Hello, my 2005 Honda has a totally different tank. It’s a 2.4 v6 lx sedan. Can’t seem to find a tank anywhere or a replacement. The 6 screws on the top are corided , just spinning so for now, my car won’t move. I have to change both the tank and the fuel pump
If it's a 2.4 then it's the four cylinder, the v6 that year was a 3.0. The fuel pump access panel is in the trunk underneath the trunk mat for either engine option.
Nice video showing all of the steps, but for a Layman like me, you don't bother showing us the location off the access panel! Is it in the trunk, ? Is it under the back seat ? - -. You should have begun your video showing us that! Best wishes and thanks.
As in when you really give the pedal pressure, and sometimes you just won't go as fast as you should, yeah this could be a problem. Now it could also be some other things like spark plugs or gunk in your fuel line. Check out your spark plugs to see if they aren't burnt out, but personally this would be the next step after that for me.
@@v1ktory will do thank you, but no when I say loss in acceleration I mean entirely, my car will not go no matter how soft or hard I press on the gas pedal
