In my country, as the sale of diesel passenger cars allowed in 2005, this car was released with a 1.5 112ps diesel engine. There was no space for an automatic transmission, so it was sold only with a manual, but was popular among enthusiasts because over 100ps in a small body, it was quite fast. Of course, the fuel efficiency is also good. I’ve considered to buy this car
I’ve just bought one today (the 112ps/110bhp version). Once I’ve made sure it’s all good, I’ll be remapping it to 190ps! They’re amazing little cars. My other car is a Saab 9-5, but these are just amazing.
I still own one of these ... 2008 5 drs model with 1.6 petrol engine & 5 speed manual gearbox ... For 14 years as my city car & 250000 kilometers with zero faults ... Good reliable car
I had one, but with 1.1l engine, creazy 63HP with LPG. He had consumption about 6l/100km, so 100km cost me less than 2 EUR (when 1l cost like 0.3 EUR). Best car for everyday cruising to work 😀
Nice car for any one never mind beginner I had an automatic I should never sold it but I have bought a 1 4 Cdx manual it has every thing a big car has and more great visibility parking smooth ride and can move when you need it to I had it up to 118 mph then had to brake and engine still quiet and smooth
I was going to have it for my first ever car but I couldn't find one without a lot of rust so I gave up. Idk if Getz are notorious for being rusty or if I had just a bad luck.
@AC-db4ek it depends where the car was built. Some japanese manufacturers make their cars in Europe, those were usually alright when it came to rust, since they use a different kind of rust protection in factories here than they do in asia, basically they're better protected for the conditions here.
Hola alguien me puede ayudar con información de este motor qué tal salió estoy pensando comprar uno a diésel pero no me dan tanta información del mismo
