wanted to track down this video I watched about a week ago and say thank you for the life-saving hack, it wasn't until after the video I realized that my window my lock wasn't working, I ordered the harness and everything works now which is awesome, my biggest problem is getting the harness to go back in the frame. thanks man

I'm having same issue with window. Threw a new motor and switch. (Didn't fix it) then I learned it was probably what your showing. Trying to see if you have video of it getting fixed!?? Nice truck. Thanks

I have a issue where none of my windows are rolling down or up master switch is good and it has good hot and ground wires. I checked the harness on the drivers front it’s good it’s getting aggravating to say the least

Your very much welcome. I need to get around to fixing my other door now. Normally most wiring harnesses don't ever need to move, just imagine the number of times the door had to be opened and closed over the last 7-8 years. Surely it was bound to happen. Luckily it's a cheap and easy fix

This is great. I also have a 2007 Dodge 3500. My rear speakers and door locks stopped working. Power windows still work, but I'm sure they won't for much longer. The remedy seems very straightforward, so thank you for posting.

I had to do this repair to both of my rear doors. Never had to do it again....just on my own, go figure lol. Thanks Todd for checking it out.

I just swapped out my rear door harness today. Your video made it a lot easier to complete my job without issue. Oh and if anybody has questions on that inside door clip, the snap connection goes to the rear of the truck. You can't clearly see it without taking a selfie photo from inside the door. Again Mahalo

After comparing prices and yelps, I purchased my harness from Tasca Chrysler Dodge in Cranston R.I. for $112. I got 2 figuring one has gone bad, why not the other?

Thank you very much for this video. My window stopped working a while ago, then I started getting a "door ajar" warning today. I cut open the boot and found two broken wires and two more that were getting ready to break eventually. Thanks for taking the time to make a video about this problem and help out the DIY community!

Morning, the truck doesnt have a sunroof. I think what you see in the background is the carport roof. It gives that look of a top mounted sunroof thats angled.....but not the case on this vehicle. Thanks for watching and make sure to subscribe.

My back Door wont stay shut. Do you know how to take out the Fuse so the cab light will stop comming on?

On the rotating interior dimmer light switch there is a position that turns the interior lights off. There is no dedicated fuse......it gets its power from the instrument cluster. I recommend using that dimmer knob as I mentioned. Thanks for asking and for watching, Make sure to subscribe,

Thanks for posting this it saved me some time repairing this problem on my '06 2500. Can't believe the engineers didn't anticipate this and use better wires. I just soldered about 4" extra on the 3 broken and 1 nearly broken wires.
