The mechanic said it might be because of my driving behavior? Pressing on brake too hard? is this true plz help am i being scammed
I havea 2014 Honda Accord every time I change all pads and rotors it only takes a little while for it to feel like my brakes are not catching sometimes it feels smooth and tha. Others it feels like it's braking I. To nothing as if my brakes already word down, could this be the master cylinder. I'm in my 3-4 brake pads and rotors and still.having this issue
There is a reason the master cylinder failed soon after you bleed the brakes. That is because when you manually bleed the brakes by pumping the pedal all the way to the floor, you push the seal cups inside the master cylinder past a area it has never been and often there is a ridge built up inside the bore. This damages the seal cups and cause fluid to leak past them. Never pump the pedal all the way to the floor or better to use a pressure bleeder that no pedal pumping is required.
