Just want to thank Sunbelt Transmissions for the help, guidance and parts we revieved from them in repairing a 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer. We purchase their rebuilt variators, valve body and pump. Things went together nicely. Thanks again for all the help, you are the BEST!
People have a misconception about cvts, your channel gives us a better understanding on how they fail and why. A lot depends on preventative maintenance and whether owners abuse their vehicles just as with any other type of transmission.
@@ridemfast7625 I like the trans cooler fix in the Altima, my 2013 Pathfinder SL with premium package has a towing package that supposedly has a transmission cooling fan.
I teach automotive tech at Judson HS and sunbelt transmissions videos are great for my transmission lessons. My students found them while looking for information about ccte transmission rebuilding. Hello how’s it🤙🏾 I just purchased a 2007 used transmission with low miles so, you’re say that I have to go into the trans pan and lower the valve body and switch out that sensor for normal drive function? I’m just trying to figure out why would I have to bother with anything being that I’m replacing the whole unit? Thank you💯
question: when just replacing the valve body on one of these do you use the same ROM from the old valve body or the new one that comes on a remanufacured one?
I have a 2008 nissan altima 2.5 that when into limpmode and says pressure circuit A&B were going out it has no power and is only has 1st gear would I able to install a used transmission valve body for now i dont have the money to order a new one
Hi ... I replaced the gear of my 2012 Altima 2.5 4 cylinder GCC specs vehicle with a US spec donor car. The cruise control malfunctions now when the car reaches 100kmph speed. My mechanic who did the job is saying that the donor car has mph speed while my GCC spec had kmph speed. Can you please guide as the cruise functions fine at lower speed but stops at 100kmph speed and the cruise set light flashes very fast.
Hi, I have a 2015 Nissan Rogue SL with a CVT and it has 42,500 miles. I want to do a fluid change myself, but according to the service manual, I need to be able to determine the temperature of the fluid in order to refill it properly and I do not have the Nissan CONSULT diagnostic tool used to plug in a determine temp of the cvt fluid. Is there a way around this or am I forced to go to a shop and have the fluid changed? Thanks for any advice you can offer. PS: Where’s the rest of the tear-down? You left us hanging. Lol! @@pollorobot69 Great advice but please add BG CVT conditioner to blend the old and new fluid together to become one. Also the conditioner has a rust inhibitor to help with metal contamination .

bonjour mon nom c'est traore boubacar sidiki je suis en Afrique précisément au Mali j'ai un nissan altima v6 3.5 et elle a un problème d'accélération. la voiture tourne bien très sans les vitesses elle ronfle très bien sans les vitesses, mais desque lors mettre le marché en avant elle ronfle plus. Le problème est survenue après un accident sur le dos d'âne, le carter a été fissuré. après réparation la véhicule a commencé à chauffer aussi et elle accélérer pas du tout. la plus grande vitesses atteint 74 km par heure. merci de bien vouloir m'assister!!
