Thanks for sharing the video. Please excuse this long post…your video has me wondering the following. I am having related issues with no communication issues on my 2009 F150 4x4. Codes I was getting over time in order I received them: B1342 P0297 -both codes came up when all of the lights on my dash (abs, brake light, traction control) Dealership stated bad abs, expensive repair so I just accepted such. That was over three years ago and in that time I began receiving the following other codes. It has been to dealership for various other repairs ac issues, vct, brake pads, transmission service, wheel hub assembly. Various “pcm flash or updates” U0100 loss com/ with ecm/pcm U0121 loss com/ with abs U0028 vehicle com/ bus A I say all of that to ask you this. I sent my abs module to be refurbished. I got it back and installed it but have not hooked up my battery clamps yet. The only instructions I received from the shop was “upon installing the module, have codes cleared with abs scan tool and check for other faults.” Hopefully this clear the lights on my dash and give me back abs brakes. I plan to take it to a local shop Monday. Do you have any suggestions or questions I should ask them to ensure everything is done correctly? Should the abs be bled or any other tips? I’m my experience not every shop (dealerships included) seem to have the same level of diagnostics know how such as you. Thanks for sharing and any other feedback or thoughts.
