i bought this 2010 maxima it had 125,miles they stopped driving it cause the alternator . but it ran hot with me on day2. noticed the fans wouldn’t come on well it ran hot again&started2break the belt so i replaced it&the motor mount upper) also the power steering started2have a severe leak after belt replaced.(puzzled me???) maybe u can answer2y?but while changing the compressor was unplugged.plugged it bk& replaced the fans&while the freon was being put in the car& was trying2get the compressor2come on changed the fuse it kept burning it out no matter amp#!! well the freon smelled bad coming thru vents like melting plastic a few days after the belt broke but during that time i kept smelling&seeing smoke found out the compressor locked up is why belt broke well we bypassed the compressor with the belt but now my car will just be completely dead for no reason not like its weak but a short or something i think&also my horn&alarm doesn’t work&certain inside buttons! i know this is long&alot of issues throwing out there but this is just what (has been wrong&still is wrong-to what’s been fixed&a free results)
I’m currently having this issue, “ No Key/ Push Start Push Brake”. I have watched every RU-vid Video that covers this issue and this has to be the worst video I have seen. The fact that you have the same 5 second video of the dash over and over again through the whole 9 minute video is whack. Why didn’t you show us yourself getting under the hood or even fixing the problem. I watched this video for 9 minutes for you to only address two possible ways to fix this issue with a half ass explanation. There’s a total of 9 different issues that can cause these symptoms that I know about from A Bad Alternator, a bad Starter, could be several different fuses, could be brake switch, could be a dead battery, could be dirty battery terminals, could be bad key fob battery. I highly doubt smacking the steering module around with a flat head is going to work. It makes more sense to tap your alternator with a hammer.
Nissan man. I've had more issues I NEVER had with my Honda and Toyota. I've got a 2012 Maxima and this is exactly what's going on. Just the Key Light is the only thing that stays on.
Bro sorry, you may have the answer on this video but I rather pay a million dollars to get it fix then to sit here and listen to all that mumbling your doing! Need to understand if a person has a problem they look for answers and we are under stress to fix it FAST! Not to hear all this extra crap.
