Hello sir have a question few months back left key in half ignition thinking will be on road again in five minutes eventually it turned out I got sucked in some work forgot to take key off resulted in battery drain which is not a big deal, with this came a new problem in my car first thing I noticed was fan blower lost it’s memory meaning it used to stay on as I start the car feet vent got stuck it doesn’t open a/c turns on by itself. Can you give me a clue what is going on in my car. Thanks
Question please , my 2010 Camry was parked, switched off. An alarm went off , a red flashing car shaped figure flashing on the dash . Car would not start . I disconnected the battery lead for negative and the alarm stopped. I drove the care today , no trouble with starting or running , the battery was fine . Would a blown fuse cause the problem , which fuse would i need to replace please ?
My car is a six speed manual transmission. New battery, new starter. I have power at the when I turn the key on. When I go to start it is a soft click.
I was wondering if pulling the starter relay to keep people from stealing your car is a good way to protect it. Or is a bad idea to be taking out and putting back the relay?
I got a similar model and I think those long blue fuseable links need to replaced.... At least the alternator one. The car dash lights come on but no power window ops, radio, indicators or wipers... And with the ignition turned to start, there's no response either. I can't see if one of the links is blown or not, but wonder if there is. Could these symptoms be caused by the alternator fuse being bad?
My 2009 Camry will turn on but once I turn the headlights on the car shuts off completely, if I turn the lights back on the Car will keep running … someone please try and help me figure out the solution
I need help. I changed out the starter relay n new battery n alternator n starter bt my car battery light is still on n it starts momentarily bt shuts off once i turn on the radio n ac. Then it dnt start after that. I tried what i could think of but idk what else could possibly be.
I learned my sister reversed the cable when trying to jump her car, and now nothing lights up, what would most likely cause that? A main fuse, computer blown? What is a good starting point?
@@LehewTech Thank you. My friend bought her a new battery, it sparked more than usual when hooked up, then seemed better, I suspect something finished burning up. It surprisingly cranked, but had an error code, P2118, most videos show the ETCS fuse being blown for this, which wouldn't result in a no start, so I'll check that and the other breakers and look for interior wiring problems, as there burnt smell inside.
It is fixed now, it was the ETCS fuse, I looked up the code P2118 on RU-vid, most of the videos showed that as the most likely problem. Her boyfriend was trying to get her to tow it to a shop, I told her to try that fuse first, so he swapped that fuse out and credits him with the repair. I'll thank the video that helped.
I have a 2009 Toyota Camry, I'm getting no power to the key , when I tried to crank the car it won't crank there's no power to the radio or to the starter and no tail lights the window won't even go down?
if the ignition switch had power, and starter relay is good, starter is working, why car not working except after removing the rely and tripping power from ignition switch to starter.... what is the reason that the starter not working with the relay on position.
I have a 2007 Toyota Camry, 5 mechanics and 6 months stopped and it still doesn't start. New battery, new starter, new long blue fuses, new relay, this car is possessed, nothing makes it turn on.l
