Dave's next shop project is to level out the beat up Jeep Grand Cherokee he bought. Using a 2" Rough Country leveling kit pn#67800 Dave gets his new "Beater with a heater" looking stout! Stay Cheap Cheesy and Crafty?
The ride height still looks higher in the back. Maybe there’s air shocks in the back an jus let some air out in the back to lower it. Wouldn’t that be something! Lol . Great vid . Great Jeep .
Hello friend, I would like to inquire about the installation of the 2.5" rough country kit. I tried to install it in a specialized workshop, which verified that they followed all the installation steps to the letter, but my KW2 Grand Cherokee limited 3.6 Automatic year 2015 apparently is more robust in its monocoque, which causes an interference between the shock absorber spring and the vehicle chassis when lowering those 2.5 ". Has this inconvenience happened to anyone? Can you tell me how you solved it?
I did not have that issue. So when the vehicle weight is on the front suspension, the springs are contacting the side wall of the strut tunnel? I'm no expert and only done this on mybown Jeep Grand Cherokee, but something sounds off
