@@stevens5541 He bet Frank Bruno twice, Razor Ruddock twice, Michael Spinks, Tony Tubbs, Tyrell Biggs, Larry Holmes, Tony Tucker, Trevor Berbick, Bruce Sheldon, Francois Botha, Lou Savarese and Andrew Golota if you look at their records you can see that they aren't bums and i think he only avoided George Foreman he was beaten by Buster douglas well Tyson knocked him out in the 8th and he lost to Lennox, Holyfield once 2nd was disqualification he lost to danny williams and Kevin Mcbride cause Tyson couldn't be arsed with the sport anymore he coulda beaten Lennox and Holyfield in his prime 86 to 90
@Mr. Gentleman she meant that Holyfield believe like her, that Jesus is the god and the father/son/holy-spirit while Tyson believes that Jesus is a prophet of the one god (even tho you can't tell what he really believes in today because people changing, he could've just believed in that just because of Muhammed Ali. I don't think that their beliefs should be a factor that makes you love them or hate them more than you already does, or either that the god will be playing hide and seek with us.)
AMEN. HOLLYFIELD IS AN EXAMPLE OF A MAN TRANSFORMED BY THE POWER OF JESUS CRIST THE LORD OF LORD AND KING OF KINGS. GOD BLESS YOU EVANDER, YOU ARE SETTING THR EXAMPLE FOR THE YOUTH TO FOLLOW
Two of my favourites of all time, grew up watching these guys and they actually make a great double act. they should tour the world together. Two Legends
I love Evander and Mike's friendship. They genuinely like one another and it's a classic Yin Yang relationship where both have contrasting characters yet somehow they suit one another and get along. It just goes to show how Mike is a great guy deep down despite all his heartaches, pain, all the mess and mistakes he's made in his life, it was all due to his lack of love and support, esp growing up in a volatile environment... Mike and Evander is one of the best bromances out there and wish more people acknowledged or recognised it.
@@meld1817 took roids after he got heart problems, not to mention it was the 80-90s so it was prescribed by a doctor, they didn’t have modern athletic medications and knowledge like they do now today.
Love this....great to see two of the best heavyweights ever showing mutual respect and love for each other....both hold records that will be hard to beat...5 times heavyweight champ and youngest ever heavyweight champ.
Tyson was never the same after he got out of prison. I think if we are honest we can all agree with that. Not taking anything away from evander. Because he's great. But 80s Tyson was a beast
i stronly agree with you. tyson time in jail wrecked havoc on his strength which he could not repair, n therefore lagging behind. i still prefer tyson over evanda. tyson was an entertainer
Benz Stackin Endz yes I think this effected him a lot and set things off. He lost his mentor that got him set on track. Big respect ✊ to Mr Tyson a true man with an open honest heart🙏. And to see both these gentlemen together like this is inspirational🙏
I think the Tyson & Holyfield reconciliation is the best thing in boxing history. There must have been something more than the winning and losing, and they got it right, especially Tyson's humility. Tyson, you're making many proud of who you are today.
Love these guys. They're a good example for all of us. I needed these kinds of positive figures growing up. Respect for their skills in the ring. But who they are as people is far more important.
man what a great thing to see! Mike has so much class for a destroyer. that fight could've went eather way. champions versus champions. much respect for both both of these guys!
rubenaunet LOL I'll take the kid comment. Wish I was. A male's physical athletic prime is generally considered to be 25-31 years of age. See Ted Williams served in WW2 during his prime. Well how does anyone come to that conclusion if it isn't a general age range? And then we look at quality of opposition and how physically draining the fighters wars were on them. Now at the time Tyson fought Holyfield the best adversity he ever faced was Douglas and Ruddock. We all know how those went. Holyfield had a 15 round war for the cruiserweight title with Qawi, the 10 rounder in 1988 with Dokes, and 3 wars with Bowe. Yeah, no. Blaming it on Tyson's prime being over while his opponent was older and had probably tougher mileage on him is an excuse. I don't curse or insult others but if that makes you feel mature, tough, cool, smart by all means feel free.
***** Why are you so insecure? You think '88 hungry young prime Tyson' would have been worse than 'slowmotion 1-2 punch throwing '96 Tyson' against Holyfield? The main reason why Holyfield beat him in 96 was because he was faster than him, which wouldn't have been the case in 88.
I think if Tyson kept his former training pattern, stayed clean & was as dedicated as Mayweather he would of went down in history as the greatest Boxer ever. Such a amazingly entertaining fighter. On another note I feel bad for Mayweather he will go down in history as the richest and boringest fighter ever.
Mike is not a dumb guy, he's not a bad guy. However, he is a product of his environment. Growing up in the hood is not a bad thing, but growing up in the hood without responsible parents or someone to show you the way is almost always bad.
Love that they've developed such a good strong relationship - they're so different in their personalities but they have such good chemistry, they should actually do a circuit tour together , that would be fantastic.
With all the screwed up things that are going on in the world and with people in general,.... It does my heart good and represents hope to see Mike Tyson extending so much gratitude and humility and respect in this moment. He is a true class act that we can all admire and learn from
Mike and Evander... Biggest fighters ever. I have most respect for both. They are cool, funny and cooled down. Now they are BIGGEST FRIENDS. They deserved it !!!!! Two gentleman full of honour and proud. Greetings from Switzerland.
Boy I'll tell you what he sure was a great man still is a great man and a really good champion what a humbling person and there is no doubt that man loved his mother and always had God in his corner God bless you Evander Holyfield and I would just like to say that you were one of the best fighters that I was ever able to see and it was a pleasure to watch you in the ring it's really too bad then there are not more boxers in the world like you today they should watch your films on how you used to box and they could really learn something
Hollyfield is the 'Real Deal,' no-quit-in-him tough guy, five time heavyweight champ. Mike Tyson was a terror from age 19-23, and has become so mature, humble and likable now.
This is so awesome... 2 professional boxers are best of friends, but most important, listening to Evander Holyfield as he gives all the Praise and Glory to The Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
Mike has grown so much throughout his life and became such a grateful humble person. He didn't realize or see at the time but it was actually his HUGE heart that was responsible for his great power and determination. Evenader is a true gentleman and champion and it's heartwarming to see the friendship between these two champions may they both be blessed and continue to be an inspiration to so many.
Holyfield is really a good man, he is religious, grateful and respectful, Tyson is the same but unfortunatly he has some mental illness issues, it does not mean he's not a good man, Tyson is a very good man, I like you Mike, you are me hero man...
Mike Tyson and Holyfield wow what a moment man Michael of what you're doing now you're good man God's blessed you believe it or not he has blessed you and your family the mister Holyfield I used to pass by your house in Georgia when I go to work thank you for sharing
Evander said it he studied Tyson since he first met him so he was never afraid like others were and always knew he'd beat him whether they fought in 91 and when they finally fought in 96 and 97.
@@kaval-cb9kd lol 😆 😆 you know nothing about pugilism. Tyson was the epitome of warrior haha! You better wacth again ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sccD0Uvz6Rg.html
@@kushtaseti4336 you mean Holyfield. He beat Tyson....twice. Tyson tried to bully a man that he could not. That's why Holyfield was nicknamed Real Deal and Warrior.
It seems like a long time ago but etched in the history of boxing, the horrifying act Mike displayed in the ring. It’s a blessing to see these two warriors, forgive each other and embrace with love and respect. This must be a great weight off these two great men.
Evander's trainers were years ahead of the game. So many innovations in training to make a 185 pound fighter into a heavyweight champion. We used to call him "roboman" and "superhuman" around work. One of the first to learn how to control your heartbeat.AMAZING
