TheGetawayer Yes I find it very interesting watching your videos, the time you take to get so many external shots and the excellent driving commentary you provide. I would like to bring my videos up to the same standard, slowly getting there. I think part of the challenge I have is that I am using cars on loan from owners and so I often only have 3-4 hours to film the whole review which is simply not enough time to get the shots I want. However I have some new camera equipment to help with external shots that I hope to bring online as soon as the weather here gets a little better. It might be time for me to start approaching the manufactures for loaners, that way I can spend more time with the car. How did you go about that?

Nick Murray Yes, my filming takes way more time. Eventhough I did film some videos in just a few hours, like the 991 GT3 or the Turbo S at the test drive event. It is possible with practice....I basically started the same way by renting cars and then I was lucky enough to get an offer from Porsche to get my first presscar in 2012. It went on from there with AMG, Jaguar, Audi, Land Rover, Toyota, Kia and others. But BMW for example won't let me review their cars...Just try your luck, I hear from subaruwrxfan its abit harder in the US to find the right contacts Maybe you guys can work it out together ?

Can you do a review on the new m235i. Curious on why you would choose it over the new boxster S as a daily driver? Thanks a bunch. BTW - we love the accent

TheGetawayer One reviewer i like loves the pdk,, but still wishes the gt3 offered the same manual from the last generation, would you say that you can get more into the power band of a gt3 then a 991turbo?

Drewbie85 Missed your comment, sorry for the late reply ! I'd say they are both almost too fast for public roads. Once you pass 2nd gear on a broad you are already past the speed limit, even in germany

Yeah, well. I currently have a 2005 SRT-4. I bought it when it was 3 years old. ALL OF THEM came with a manual. I AM NOT SELLING MY CAR. EVEN with my turbo about to go out. It really has NO BOOST anymore, but I'm not selling the car. I will rebuild/replace the engine first.

Raritytuber Thanks ! It's really nothing fancy that I use: A basic Canon EOS, a video mic by Rode, a simple tripod and camera slider...That's it...There are good videos on how to film car videos here on RU-vid

TheCarGuy18 Thank you very much ! The 918 is a might machine, I think I haven'r seen it in Mexico blue, must be a stunning sight :)

I know, it's stunning, the problem is that there is only 2 Mexico blue 918s in the world and only 1 with the Weissac package so they are hard to see. It is the only 918 where I live in Ireland and it's odd to see such an expensive car where I live because we don't even have a Lamborghini or Mclaren dealership! :)

TheCarGuy18 Really cool :) I didn't know that. I only saw the two silver 918 press cars at the Porsche factory when I picked up the GT3 testcar last year. A stunning sight for sure :) Would love to drive one, but they are all sold now :)

TheGetawayer Genau, bei Avis gibt es sicherlich die Möglichkeit so ein Fahrzeug mal für mehrere Tage zu bekommen, auch die Jungs von Schöffling Automobile bekommen dieses Jahr evtl. auch wieder Turbo, GT3 oder halt den GTS. Der Sound, gerade im Innenraum, kommt bei deinem Video schon rüber finde ich!
