These guys make a fine product. This was a half hour install with no lift. Make sure and do it just like shown here. The sound clip here does not do it justice. It sounds better than I had been anticipating, it has a real nice growl to it. I am very happy, thanks Carven.

So this morning my son and I installed this kit on my 2020 Cement TRD 4x4 Off Road. It really growls. I have a 6 speed manual and it has that sweet sort of gurgling, burping sound when you let off the gas. 😎 Louder than I thought it was gonna be, but I'm REALLY happy with the purchase. I ordered my Cat-Back exhaust kit for my 3rd gen Tacoma on Monday. It was delivered to New York by Friday. It arrived in perfect condition due to the quality packaging. Thanks to this instructional video I was able to install it on my lunch break. If everyone follows the detailed instructions that you provide, they will be successful. Seriously if a 49-year-old IT guy can install the system laying flat on his back in his driveway on his lunch break; you kids should be able to install it on your own, no problem! 👍

Man imagine trying to do this installation while using a creeper under your truck lol, thanks for the video :P I was going to try to do this in my front driveway with a creeper but it sure looks alot easier if you can put it on a lift and walk under the truck like your doing in the video. Hopefully I have some good muffler shops around me that can do this.

I did mine about 2 1/2 months ago and I’m super happy with the six speed Tacoma,makes nice growl! Also, I’m getting like 1.5 miles per gallon better which isn’t bad lol

took off my trd pro exhaust and bolted this badboy up today. sounds very nice. one thing i was wondering was, does it take a while for the muffler to break in? i know for like flowmaster it takes a week or two for the packing to acclimate amd have that signature flowmaster sound. or atleast thats how it was for me with my past two tacomas. the reason why i ask is, i also have the urd mkii ypipe and while i knew it would give the carven a different tone, i noticed in second gear if i get on the gas (not full on gunning it) the tone goes from low and bellowing to raunchy lol. if i gun it then the raunchiness gets drowned out pretty quickly till ultimately the intake growl takes over. im guessing cause the motor is under full load. other than that i like the pairing of urd and carven. sounds wicked while cruising, vicious when punching, and gurgly when downshifting. 🤘😎

Will any of your catback systems for 3rd gen Tacoma void factory warranty? Flowmaster has some cat back systems that will not void warranty.

So hearing the exhaust is fiberglass packed, in the dirtbike world you have to repack after many hours. Is this the same in the truck exhaust world, where I guess not possible since ends welded? Do other brands mbrp, afe, rough country, ect fiberglass pack? Also I have a 23 trd can I put digital mph on the screen like the the customers in the video?

I put it on my 2017 Tacoma limited and I love it! Only problem is that some condensation drips from where you screw in the new bolts. Is it supposed to do that?

I've had this for about 3-4 months now! Is there any disadvantage to removing the connection just above the rear axle for better clearance? Thanks guys!
