2017 Toyota Tundra 4x4 with 6" Rough Country lift 

Hey Cody. Thanks for commenting. Unfortunately we do not have an overall height on this truck. This was a truck built a couple of years ago for a client. You can figure the suspension lift will lift the front of the truck around 6" and the rear around 4-5" Your new taller tires will add a couple of inches from the center of the wheel down adding to the overall all height. From my experience with lifted trucks it would be safe to say the roof line would be roughly 8" taller than it is on a completely stock truck.

It's possible. You will definitely need a cab mount chop.

probably like 9 city and 13 highway. You lose a lot from heavy wheels and tires but tundras don't get great mpg anyways from the factory. It does look badass and if you offroad then it works for you.

Not on this one. Although it is always a great idea to re-gear to compensate for the larger tire size. We find re-gears and axle upgrades are often a "Stage 2" part of the build after the initial lift wheels & tires

We always recommend changing the gear ratio to match the larger tires. The additional cost to properly re-gear axles a lot of times keeps most customers from doing it. We also recommend adding a programmer or calibration tool to recalibrate speedometer.
