I agree 100%. My 12’ GT is straight piped and the sound is bad ass. Docile when idling and easy driving. Comes alive like a raped ape at 3.5k and beyond. The sound of this Stang is pure harmony!

@@169abr I think you’re right. I watch a lot of stang exhaust videos and the sound can vary a lot. Lots of different setups and configurations to be had for sure. I’ll never change the sound of mine for as long as I own it.

For those of you wondering the x pipe in the description does NOT fit the 2018-2022 mustang gt’s not trying to be negative I just wanted you guys to know so you don’t make the same mistake I made

If this was a 4.6L 3 valve Mustang then I would love it but the Coyote is too raspy to run without mufflers. It needs some Corsa Xtreme axle backs.

Corsa have a raspier tone to them also. If you want deep, you want Magnaflow , AWE of Borla.

@@leviefrauim1425 Corsa doesn't try to deepen a raspy engine. It works to improve the note. That is why the Coyote has more of an exotic note with them. AME and Borla can take the edge off of the raspiness but Corsa it's the best sounding system for that vehicle in my opinion.

A good budget exhaust for the 5.0 is just deleting the rear mufflers and leaving the stock resonator. It has an awesome sound.

Stop calling your videos straight piped when you don’t even straight pipe it. You just always leave a muffler or catalytic converters on and then title the video straight piped.

to be a little fair, i dont think he can legally take the cats off (i could be wrong, im just thinking I heard him say it in a video a while back) but I agree with the muffler part of what u said. Its misleading to call everything straight pipe if it isnt.

Nope- no deep pitch to the volume. It's just loud and raspy. To each their own, I guess but my '08 Bullitt w/FR500S mufflers and OE H pipe sounds so much better, so much deeper, without being obnoxious or loud and ZERO drone.

Have you heard a setup like this in person? I’ve got an h pipe and muffler deletes on my gen 3 yote and it’s very deep/boomy at idle. Some rasp up top but not nearly as raspy as Corsa xtreme or Borla atak.

I’m sorry man but the bends and welds on your stuff just never looks good. I can’t weld so whatever but especially if it was in a visible spot like those tailpipes will be from behind, just looks cheap. And the tip on the driver’s side on this car is nowhere near as centered up as the right one
