2018 Mustang or 2018 Challenger? Which is the right one for you? 

I am also a Ford nut but every time I see a Scat Pack Shaker Challenger I turn goo goo eyed.

Skeeter Man dude I own a challenger, the visibility is horrible. Absolutely love the car and wouldn’t trade anything for it, but the visibility is not one of its strengths.

John Alexander you are right. My comments I made about Visibility was from observations I had when test driving a Camaro.

In general, Challenger and Mustang resale value tanks quickly, and dollar-for-dollar on MSRP the two models depreciate about the same percentage. Why? Because base models of both are high-volume rental fleet favorites and budget payment choices at Dodge and Ford dealerships, and often have big rebates. Even low-option (cloth seats, etc) V8 Challengers and Mustangs sell in huge numbers. Long story short, the roads and used car lots are FILLED with Mustangs and Challengers. The GT350 and Hellcat variants hold resale better, but part of that is because dealers were/are often charging many thousands above MSRP, and of course they're limited production models. Resale does get a lot more difficult to predict with the Challenger compared to the Mustang just because of the huge range of model packages. For 2018, there's FIFTEEN different models of Challenger differentiated by the window sticker, and a fairly wide range of options and option packages for of each of those distinct models.

@@moparsofniagara34 its not slower. The challengers r so heavy. The guy even says if u want the performance from a mustang but for the challenger u have to pay alot more. Bc u need to get the bigger engine just to keep up with a 5.0. Its stupid to the challenger for the cost to power

Jordan Catcher I'd still pick the other 2 ahead of the Camaro personally. I will admit the pre-refresh was a lot better looking though. IMO Chevy needs a new style in general. The new Silverado isn't bad and the current design language looks good on the Impala. The rest of the lineup isn't great though.

MLosUno Really ? I think Chevy's lineup looks fine expect for the Silverado , blazer , and refreshed camaro they look overstyled to me. Chevy seems to be following the big grill trend that other automakers have been doing lately which is not good in my book (Thats one thing I liked about the designs of Chevy cars , they didn't make their cars with big grills until now). The only models I think they executed the grill perfectly are the refreshed cruze and malibu which look good Imo.

isn't the Mustang based on an even older and not as good Volvo design? Just like the Lincoln LS, Thunderbird and 500/Taurus - all flops.

LMFAO Ford isnt exactly making leaps and bounds you know. And as far as going full throttle in 4th and not going sideways, the challenger can do that too. Thats nothing spectacular at all. As far as engineering for the everyday man GM has everyone beat.

The Dodge styling is meant to evoke the early 1970s muscle car era.
