Spend a little bit of money and buy a Voodoo shorty muffler for the 636. They look good and sound vicious. I have two on my ZX14R and it is the baddest sounding bike in my town. I wouldn't steer you wrong Gixxer Brah.

I did the same thing for my 05 636 and when I took my exhaust off and ran a servo buddy my bike dies.. is there a reason why? But when I run my stock exhaust the bike runs fine I’m so confused

Hmm tip of advice.. just use a drill tip that has the size step up.. i dont know the proper name. But use one as wide as the pipe.. use a long enough extension and drill them both out. Prolly save a shit ton of time

I hollowed out my cats on my 13 zx6r and it was the biggest pain. If you don’t get it all out you can hear the pieces vibrating in there. Don’t do it unless you are ready for a 3-4 hour project. But I would say it’s kinda worth it. Mine shot flames with the m4 on it.
