Aww, man. I'm already excited for Fall. These videos are keeping me sane in this awful time. I have enough food and supplies, but the desire to travel is being lived out through these videos. Thank you, Jim, for the countless hours of great times you've given us.
You have the best ride along videos in the world . Every time I watch one of your videos I feel like I'm riding along. Definitely a de-stress for me 💝💖💝
Looking forward to all the upcoming awesome videos:) The cool thing is I can take a road trip across the country with you in the comfort of my own home. Freeway Jim your the best and I love your channel. ❤☮
This is the best news I have heard in a while! Looking forward to it! I actually find 14-11 as one of my favorite videos of yours. Hopefully I'll like the remix even more!
Welcome back, cant wait for the video's it's going to be fun seeing these remixed videos. Been working on making playlists for ones that didn't have one. Glad to see that the rest of the 2020 season will be fun to ride along with when they come out.
Hey Jim, Ever thought of doing some videos in the upper Midwest area. I live in southeast Wisconsin near Illinois and we get ignored by people who video their trips like you do. Things have changed since the last time a video of Wisconsin was made, which was before 2010 if I remember right. Anyway, looking forward to those 10 videos.
I have videos from the upper midwest, Milwaukee, The Twin Cities and this one of the Great River Road....the area doesn't do much for me, sorry and I don't have much of a reason to go and spend a lot of time there. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WJbnh-HrGQc.html
Me gustan mucho tus vídeos a través de ellos me ha servido de orientación en EEUU he ido a New York y disfrute mucho por los vídeos que haz hecho gracias desde Dominican Republic a sus ordenes
Thank you brother for the time and effort you put in for us to enjoy. The US highway system is awesome but to me the intrastate system is better. By the way did you drive across the floating bridge in Seattle? I did and it was a unique experience. Thanks again.
Thank you very much and I crossed both floating bridges (I-90 a few times) in the Seattle videos from 2016. ru-vid.com/group/PLqKr0VZxEGwAku55C-OE8bn7LNuWJ8d4i
Looking forward to them Jim. I just re-watched 2 Classics from 2009 New York City at night and Boston Overdrive at night. My how things have changed since then, lol.
Interesting Jim you have a completely different workflow than me. I didn't realize you make a bunch of videos up front and then release them. That takes good planning. I kind of just do things one at a time haphazard and only think about what my next video is going to be after I've finished one. About the color correction, I've learned in Final Cut Pro X that using the Color Board and Color Tab I like to slightly TINT the white balance a bit to the red. I'll set the "Master" slider in the color tab at around the 28 degree mark and add 2-3% color correction. That just slightly warms the picture up a bit so it doesn't look so blue by default. :-). That especially helps during evening shoots where you really want to it match what it looked like in real life where everything has a nice warm orange hue. Looking forward to your new series.
Hi Freewayjim...hey I thought that one time I heard you say or commented that you may consider a trip through Iowa or Nebraska? Not much to see other than Maybe Des Moines or Omaha but is it a possibility? Or even the Dakotas?
I've been through the Dakota's somewhat (Video 16-13 Black Hills), I would like to film Omaha, got rained out in 2013 and drove I-80 west to I-76, only have seen I-29 in Iowa (same trip).
Hi Jim, have you ever thought of doing any videos in the Midwest, around Wisconsin or Michigan areas? I live in North west Wisconsin, and would find it amazing if you did. I know you did a couple videos in Milwaukee areas.
I have videos from Milwaukee and Detroit (old ones) It's just not somewhere I have a reason or desire to go unless it's on the way to someplace else, I also have one of the Great River Road in Minnesota (16-11). I'll be honest, that part of the country just doesn't capture my fancy.
Well well well, Houston again. Ngl Houston freeways has been better since the coronavirus was going on. Better traffic, the freeways are done and some of them are almost done except before it's the ultimate downtown freeways upgrade, but they should've did that stuff earlier tho. I really hope 2021 will be better and feel like I'm in the car with you in the US. Kinda thinking of you going to Canada, freeways are not bad in Ontario. Could be your chance to be a quarter away from 100,000 subscribers in these interstates. Be safe out there my friend
I-8 Eastbound... We were able to get a bit-o-footage this summer. Not a bad ride at all... For the most part... It does have a few yawn inducing sections though. 😆
Wow. I just started doing driving videos to learn something new and looked to see what else is out there...your content is amazing! One thing is for sure...I need to invest in a better camera. My goodness.
I post it at the end of each regular video (nobody watches the credits) and I mention it here at 2:10 and my setup at 3:01. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-giPF3ENOTxA.html
I have Rapid City (Mt Rushmore area), again try using a search bar, they are amazing :) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZH9vguKAuEs.html
You should try using a search bar sometime, I have filmed the Twin Cities and have several Chicago area videos on this channel. Just type "Freewayjim" and the city you want and they should come up.
I've done Louisville, I might try to get Orlando when I-4 Ultimate is done but I really don't have a reason to go there, Indianapolis is not a very interesting city with regard to freeways, I would have filmed it in 2016 but got rained out.
