Wrong you dont really want to get into it with zx 10 why ? We already know brock got the lock so you wanna be the boss you gotta beat the boss thats not happening you are fast on all your bikes but the BOSS is the BOSS
@@jeremybly yes sir on top of the game i have mad respect for the bmw and all superbikes honestly but brock man he got the lock on game he will bring a better bike every time
@@jasonbarron6164 I fully agree with you. I'm a huge fan of all superbikes! Brock is an amazing tuner. He definitely take pride in the products he puts out to the public and I'm constantly re-watching his vids to try and learn more.
Can't wait to get my hands on the tuner!!! Already have the full system penta Carbon, sprint filter, lowering kit and power commander. And I'm 140 lbs sooooooo I may end up being a space x mission and landing on Mars 🤙🤙🤙
Great information Brock. I really enjoyed the OBD live time data and how it actually shows the throttle position decreasing, makes it easier to understand. Once again, another interesting & helpful video. Thanks Dan for helping us out!
You don't need OBD to have/show live data, it just makes it easier to connect to the TPS (HP and Torq reads live on any/all bikes that have the dyno's rpm lead connected)...
Awesome work! I’ve got the flasher for my 2020 R1 from BT. I started with the map for the stock exhaust and I was shocked at the difference. I then added a 3/4 exhaust with their 3/4 tune and it’s an animal. It’s a blast to ride.
Love the little comments like ‘’Don’t ask me how I know this ‘’ witch by no means does he show himself has better than anyones, and that he’s only humans and try things to get the best results witch doesn’t always work from the start, it’s a long process and sure once he has the right recipes it seems very simple to do, but to find the right recipes can be a long hard roads, in my minds Brock’s Racing & Gulh are the best at this, and with a supercharger he’s simply a GOD to unleash those hidden Horsepower. 👍👍👍👍
Claude Baron - please note that Guhl did not crack this ECU. He tried and was unsuccessful, so we teamed up with BT Moto as they have the different skillset/toolbox to work with the Euro 5 compliant ECU's. Also note, Guhl has left the flash industry entirely. More info. on BT Moto: brentuningmoto.com/product/2020-kawasaki-z-h2-flash-tuning-w-diagnostic-tool/
Excellent stuff !! I was about to purchase a PCV from you chaps over there but , do you think I should wait till you have the maps sorted ?? I have a Sprint filter , cannot afford a pentacarbon so I have a lowley Scorpion. that is all ... Still , great job your side of the pond ...
mr Brock its great to see ya doin well this video showed up in my feed because last night i was tellin some " kids " about your products and what little i remembered about yer history .... and because oir phones dont listen to our conversations here ya are .... roflmao awesome!!!!! all that an no rematch? .... sooooo when ya releasin the compound boost and swingarm/wheelie bar kits? 😆😆😆 cmon you know ya already at least considered it bahahahaha have a great day sir .... from Arkansas
Lol, funny you mentions phones listening. I was telling our cameraman about a local Italian restaurant that had the most amazing garlic salad ever. They went out of business almost 10 years ago, so he had never gone. The next day...an old ad for the restaurant popped up on his phone?! He never googled it - all we did was speak. Not listening...MY ASS!
That's going to be one hell of a ride👍.I saw one of these for the first time in person.I tried to catch up to get a closer look but I guess the guy got a wild hair and just disappeared. Oh well
Hi Brock is there a difference between Z H2 ECUs of the U.S. and the Philippines? Why is it that Brentuning cannot crack mine until now i already have his Flasher, i bought it last October 4. Now his telling me to mail my ECU they dont have the file yet according to BT. Thank you😌😔😪
Yes. Euro and Asian units are different than the US models. Mostly because of the immobilizer circuit as it's optional in the US. This means more work, time and effort to perform the flash.
Thank you for the link. What happened to the inventory stock of your Bitubo Steering Damper for Z H2? I ordered my second unit of your damper last April 2021 and i ask Karissa and Steve so many times "WHERE IS MY ORDER?" I am so sad on this Brock. Please help. Thank you😔
Hey I have a question. If I buy a ecu from another zx14r and have it flashed and programmed for my bike ….. can I use any ecu ? Meaning if I get a 2013 zx14r ecu can I send it to you and have it flashed , put it in my bike and it work ? I want to keep my ecu stock and map another one . If I ever want to go back to a stock ecu I have my original ecu as it was .
Can't imagine what that's like. My bike makes 145/95 and feels fast to me. May turbo it some day. Side question for you Brock, I just installed some ferrodo rotors with new pads, and I'm pretty sure rotors should be broken in first. Any procedure you recommend?
Just bought my 2021 ZH2, did my first oil change and just saw your videos... i live in Ottawa,Canada but i'm looking into driving my bike up to you in August for a ecu flash, i have a slip on and maybe put an air filter on.
No. You order the tuner and then request the type of tune you want. What stage? With or without pcv, etc. Then we email you the tune and you install it using the handheld.
@@BrockDavidson Yes Sir, Bill warner was one of the bravest man who created the fantabulous record but very sad he passed away. But his name will permanently remain in Motorbike enthusiast' s hearts ❤️
Hey Brock I just bought the 2021 zx14R and I’m wondering what exhaust would you recommend? I want performance and a good sound. I have the 20 inch street meg in my cart right now. Any suggestions? Thank you! I’m looking forward to seeing what system you recommend and then getting it on my bike .
@Chris Wade - the 20 inch Street Meg is still my personal favorite sound - its SO rich and deep and can chill down when needed. From a performance standpoint, it started it all and we have tried to keep up with it since then. As the pipes get shorter and shorter to please the consumer, that gets more difficult. One of my favorite vids: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-04-A0PlcnkU.html
@@BrockDavidson thank you for your time. How about performing? In perfect conditions how many hp will it add with a flash and derestriction ? Do you have another full system that offer more performance? I’m a big fan and appreciate any advice.
Brock you are awesome, I love how you have made a part 2 to the unlocking of the Z-H2. I really enjoyed the original instalments but to add the BT ECU flash to unlock the butterflies is next level. Keep up the great content and can’t wait to see the next video and roll on against the ZX10R!
So hey Brock, if your not interested in trackside tuning, a guy can get away with just a flash and no power commander? Is there a tune for full exhaust for zh2 or is it just for slip on? Like aren’t the tunes slightly different for stock bike vs w/slip on and sprint filter etc?
No. As our experience shows they are amazingly reliable after we lean them down a bit. My guess is that the excessively rich mixture is designed to help in case of bad fuel at wot throttle.
Brock, i have a couple questions, first why didnt you use your RH man don guhl & second i’ve have read don is quitting doing flashes? I couldnt find any definitive info on that, figured you would know. And lastly thank you for making this video, i want to purchase the BT flash unit for my 2021 ZX-10R & it was nice to see how it actually worked.
Don has told us he is out of the mc flash business. But, quite frankly, he couldn't figure the new bikes out either. Bren Tuning has been killing it for us lately!
@Nate, yesssir. We ship internationally. Check out our international terms here: blog.brocksperformance.com/terms-and-conditions/ and use the blue support button in our store if you have questions our would like specific's etc...
I have a question. Can I use a 2016 zx14R ecu in my 2012 zx14R? I was going to order one and send it to get to flashed and mapped. Can you please help me out ? Thank you.
Great work ,I am surprised that it was a different ECU than the H2 SX SE.Love seeing that Mexican corn and soybean growing in the fields. Mexico(835) ?
Are you sure you had the tps gauge calibrated on the dyno software the tps only went to 90% at 100% throttle. I thought woolich cracked this years ago.
@3:59 thanks for not saying that word! My M1000RR I preordered back in January still hasn't came in yet! I've been waiting on carbon fiber parts from Illmberger going on 15 weeks now! I need some ceramic bearings for my M1000RR but I'm not sure if the diameter are the same! Do you no if they are the same wheel minus the TPS removed off the K66 and if so do you have them available (WWB)? Thanks man!
10.38? !! That is scary lean for running at those RPM and power levels. This tune sounds like not only more power but safer. Why a power commander? Why not just have all the changes in the tune itself?
PCV for ease of adjustability and tunability for conditions. More Info: blog.brocksperformance.com/faq/do-i-need-a-pcv-when-installing-a-brocks-performance-exhaust-system/
@Alimonytony - We won't know if the tunes are the same until we test a 2021 ECU. That said, flashing the 2021 will not be a problem after solving for 2020. You will be fine at 5'5" if you drop the front forks until they touch the bottom of the handlebars, install our window link kit and BrockStand adjustable kickstand. A front end lowering kit would help also as you can run a bit of tension on nthe street to level the bike. All items can be seen here (scroll to bottom of page): bit.ly/2y1ojZ8
Hopefully those that manufactured the bike and the people modifying the stock bike are doing their jobs and not watching videos at their desks at work. Then brag about it
@Charles, yes. Get with Bren Tuning directly on the flash, I don't think it's available to the public, yet (?) - but last I heard, they were accepting pre-orders. The rest of the parts will come from @BrocksPerf - our combination will have Bren Tunings derestriction flash and a PCV with mapping for pump fuel as well as MRX02 to match our exhausts/Sprint Filter/etc... If you don't want a PCV, let BT know and they can let you know what they have available. ECU mapping is ongoing and we are working with them to perfect. We want our customers to have the best mapping possible, even if we don't provide it directly. Our PCV fuel mapping will be available through our Map Support System.
@@BrockDavidson Thanks Brock. I’ll put that project on hold till the flash is available. I also have a 2018 h2sx se. You have the ecu flash for that model correct?
ZH2 guys, make sure you check and see if you've got the oil control valve recall on your bike. especially if you're going to get yours tuned now, like I am.
I have a tuned/moded/intercooled h2 sx/se and rode my buddies zh2 with just a slip on and with how small and lighter that bike is, that thing has got to be stupid fast at 210whp.
Okay.. so I ordered every single performance part from Brock's about 3 months ago. Haven't received anything yet lol but my question is do I need a power commander or the add-on Auto tuner module thing.. I just don't comprehend whether I need those two things now that this is happening now that they're working on an unrestricted tune.. is there any chance somebody can explain to me why I need the power commander and that other module or do I not need it at all with this new unrestricted tune.. please and thank you..
Also do I need to purchase their tune separately or are you going to release one once you're done I guess I need to call you guys and figure this out because I have absolutely no idea..
Sorry about your wait...we are still dealing with supply chain issues. This should answer your question about needing a PCV: blog.brocksperformance.com/faq/do-i-need-a-pcv-when-installing-a-brocks-performance-exhaust-system/ if not, ask here or use the blue support button in our store.
The speed of sound is a function of air pressure, the lower the pressure the higher the speed of sound. It possible that the partial throttle at the top of the RPM range is lowering the pressure in front of the supercharger to effectively keep the blades from going supersonic.
I put the stage 2 on my 2018 BMW Grand America as it was neutered in a few ways. I'm in a crappy fuel area so I run octane boost pellets- one pellet per tank. I bought the hand held tuner and I can return it to stock before taking it to the dealer in case they update my ECU. I actually do it in the motel parking lot since it's a 200 mile trip. It flashes within a couple of minutes. I can recommend the Brentune. I'll do my '20 ZH2 and 'maybe' the KTM 1290 SAS? (So I can flash them both for about $1,500, or buy a $500.00 graphic card for $2K?)
