Does anyone notice that albon have the same accident wayy too many time and with other driver as well...then maybe its albon thing rather than hamilton thing
@@yupickmyusername No . He just likes going around the outside, which is risky because most drivers don't give space there. But in Silverstone, he went outside Kimi, who gave him enough space and respect.
It almost seems like Ferrari has abandoned vettel. In fact i think they might have just picked up a spare alfa romeo and painted it red and gave it to vettel. I know vettel is struggling this season but it just doesn't seem like he could do anything with that turd of a car even if he drove like a god...
@@steve4880 Nah he had wheels on the curb. Track limits are decided in the drivers briefing so it's possible they were told that curb is part of the track.
Wishing accident on someone just because they're better than everyone else? I mean I wish someone else can be on podium, but having an F1 car run into them full speed? You want another accident like Hubert's? Jesus Christ.
He was pissed in the press conference because his car is much slower than the rest. I think he’s trying to prove he can do more with less. I really hope he will. Amazing driver.
Ferrari: “It’s not our fault, we’re good at numbers and engineering and organising stuff. Come watch our 1000th Grand Prix, tickets are only 1200 Euros”
@@trains-girl6828 But apparently they can’t: they’re allowed 3000 people, but as of yesterday they had “only” sold 2000 tickets, despite slashing the price in half at some point.
Come on now, Stroll literally beat him every other time around. The one time he got slightly beat only stuck because Ocon was being stupid again. So it’s hard to claim that’s legit
Dude and everyone else... stroll has been out Qed by prez but every race they had together except Austria , Lance has finished ahead of prez by a decent margin... we know his a paid driver but the kid has gotten good and he deserves his seat.
@@HugoStiglitz88 What are you on about? F1 averages around 40 overtakes per race. MotoGP has significantly more, even the top 10 alone would beat F1 in overtakes per race.
@@HugoStiglitz88 The lack of overtakes, at least for the top spot, has been a bit of a disappointment this year, but it's also an incredibly unpredictable season with guaranteed more variety in winners and podiums than F1. Besides, there's also Moto3, which has more passing in three races than F1 will have all year. The race at Misano this weekend was absolutely electric.
The circuit is broken up into mini sectors beyond the usual 1, 2 and 3 that we see on tv. Crofty gets a lot of hate, some deservedly so, but he is in the right on this occasion.
He did what the team except him to do, Red Bull doesnt except him to start ahead of Verstappen, I dont know why people thinks it wasnt a good qualifying from him
@@gabrielfelipe22217 Well look at the gap between Bottas and Hamilton then look at the gap between Albon and Verstappen. It's about 10 times bigger. Redbull are lucky they basically have zero competition from Ferrari this year otherwise Albon would never get anything more than 6th. The gap between Albon and Leclerc is way closer than the gap between Albon and Verstappen.
I would be more original: Mattia: Pronto Ocon? Ocon: Harry Potter? Mattia: sBinalla Ocon: no Mattia: okay... Mattia calls Toto: Toto, the baguette resisted the sBin, what do? Toto: don't worry sBinotto, we will use the Great Mercedes Masterplan™ Toto calls Ocon: Escargot, All your pace are belong to us •ocons spins while Toto laughs in sith lord•
@@vincevanderperre8660 the fact that you said that about a formula 1 driver is super childish. Definitely, bottas would've gotten pole for sure but drivers makes mistakes all the time. So to you, if a driver spins or crash they are idiots. You are an idiot for saying that. No doubt Ocon doesn't deserve an f1 seat but no doubt still an f1 driver.
Vettel is definitely not driving the same car, just look at the difference on the speed traps. No idea why or how they would give vettel a worse package, but it makes leclerc look better than he actually is. He also has been very accident prone, like in monza and austria 2. Then again last year he won races because he was driving an illigal car, so he may just be a little overrated in general.
Only thing I liked about bottas was his personality, never saw him getting frustrated at team radio, was a cool guy. Now he speaks non sense every time things are not going his way. Has the best car in f1 still whines.
Tommorow: It's Lights out and away we go...Hamilton gets away well........Lewis Hamilton gets his 90th win in formula 1!! That's all the race is gonna be. Edit: well then.
I really hope it's not that. This track isn't as forgiving as most modern tracks with big runoff areas and escape routes. If Hamilton puts a foot wrong and ends up beached in the gravel, there's no clawing his way back to 7th like last week. I'm hoping this track creates another exciting race.
true, the geniuses at mercedes made the das system and the beauty that is w11, dunno what are they doing now, they probably were poached to other teams
when Crofty comments "Gasly ONLY 13th", you realise Gasly is really getting highly expected, as if he should perform better with alphatauri. p.s. I mean if you check previous qualifying sessions Gasly did get some perfect results. And especially when he took the victory at Monza but only 13th in qualifying at Mugello, you kinda feel a gap between the results.
Don’t get me wrong at all, I was literally nearly crying when I saw Gasly win in Monza but it was nearly all down to random luck and other teams making big mistakes. I’m not neglecting the fact that he made the most of the restart held his nerve and kept P1 and won the race and it was well deserved but you can never disregard the amount of luck that was involved in his win. People compare it to Sebs win and the reality is the two are nothing alike, Seb qualified and won all down to excellent wet weather driving, there was little to no luck involved it was all masterful driving that won him that Grand Prix so in my opinion the two aren’t even comparable. Sadly though there’s a majority out there completely negating that fact and are now putting Gasly on a pedestal of expectation where it isn’t warranted and if they keep him there they’re only going to be disappointed over and over again and Gasly will now be seen as “under achieving” when he’s exactly where he should be. Gasly is an amazing driver but if anyone’s expecting multiple podiums from him this season then reality is never going to meet expectation sadly.
Stroll is NOT a bad driver, that's just effectively an internet meme, he has faired pretty good against a veteran and super consistent driver like Perez. But that yellow flag messed everything up this particular session. Overall Perez might have the edge, but give Stroll some time to develop and I think he'll become a great consistent driver as well.
@@JoshChristiane The thing is Stroll got chances in F1 to learn from bad performances, while everyone else has to perfect themselves in the feeder series. So for others, 1 bad years means you get the boot. Hasnt been the case with Stroll.
@@JoshChristiane didn't say he was bad but he isn't better than almost anyone on the grid. Maybe he'd beat latifi or Russell, but in the same car, frankly even grosjean would beat him
Very nice? He's half a sec away from his teammate just like in previous gp's. Only difference is that Red Bull is almost as fast as Merc here so he's able to qualify P4 instead of P10. Leclerc in that shitbox is closer to Albon than Albon is to Verstappen.
It's really unfair that everyone wants to see Albon fail when he didn't do anything wrong and he's a nice guy. It's because everyone feels for Gasly after Horner backstabbed him on Drive to Survive. It's like when you get dumped so you hope her next boyfriend is a complete twat so you can say, "See, you screwed up! I was the better for you." That's why watching Gasly win Monza felt like seeing your mate score with a super model while his ex was at the pub with her new bf watching him walk out with her.
@@TheM0joDoj0 M8 the same pple trashing Albon are the same people that trashed Gasly last year. Keep in mind the ONLY people who has said a negative word in all this are Fans and Press.
Hamilton once complained about showing driving lines and data to his teammate. His point was that if he does his homework, studies the race track and get a good feel of the fastest way around, why should someone who hasn’t figured it out themselves get the benefit of his hard work? I think Hamilton hides his speed during FP, only improves one sector each lap and sows them up on Q3. . .just my speculation
I somehow agree with your speculation. I can vaguely remember during Lewis vs Nico era where they weren't sharing data with each other, which leads me to think Lewis really isn't showing his true quali pace. After all, he didn't get the top qualifying driver without pure pace
But folks say he has a better car than the rest’ you notice when he goes on track there’s a mad dash to follow his lines, he is just super talented and at this point in his racing career he has amassed some good knowledge
Beautiful shots, wide, without excessive zoom, which allow you to appreciate the exceptional speed in curves. Alternate shots: it's the right recipe! Thank you.
What a sad fantasy you have. Lewis serves penalty last race from a 12 sec lead. Bottas can’t overtake anyone. Lewis catches the pack over takes every car until there were no more laps! What F1 are you watching?
@@louiswhite4909 The only reason Hamilton wins every race is because he has the best car on the grid. You can hand someone like Charles Leclerc or Alexander Albon Hamilton's car, and you see where they end up. Bottas has the #2 car, and is always restricted from overtaking Hamilton. You hand Hamilton a McLaren or a Renault, and you'll see how good he really is.
@@Michael-lu2tz he’s had some amazing race in pace and in both times he had basically overtaken Hamilton before getting spun out, it does take some level of skill to overtake a 6 time world champion in the best car on the grid
not me. their "sportsman" attitude can quite frankly do one. meddling with other team principles, secret deals with the FIA... special $100m "gifts" every year from f1.
Phantoharibo being ahead in the drivers championship does not mean shit unless you are competing for the drivers championship which stroll is clearly not, you give the upgrades to the driver which has the most potential to give you a good result so you can score points in the constructers championship. Stroll is ahead down to his massive good luck compared to Checos bad luck not down to skill or performance
