Howdy Do Dah Day people!
Another vlog in a timely manner? Who even am I? 🤣
When work get a seat Height reduced AKA factory lowered GSA on the demo fleet, I was NOT missing the opportunity to ride it and see if it was manageable!
If you were on the fence about an R1250GSA and if the height is suitable to you... hopefully it shows that anything is possible 💪

Love my '21 factory lowered GSA. I'm 6'3" so didn't need a lowered bike but that's all they sell here in Japan.

All the best to Mike for his recovery and I hope he isn't in too much pain. It's a great bike. I took a demo out on the lowered adventure and could get my feet down no problem. I'm 5'10" with only a 27" inside leg so I struggle with many regular newer bikes these days.

You are right Kate, small riders should not be intimidated by the gs/a. At 5ˋ7, i ordered a lowered model, set suspension to minimal, lowered seat ( here too you can get the seat even lower by putting in smaller sprockets (Wünderlich) under the seat replacing the originals. I just love this bike, even after dropping it my first day out (crashbars absolutely necessary!). After this initial humiliation, i did enduro training (highly recommended)

I have a 2015 GSA and it’s brilliant ( I’m 5’7 ) , whilst it’s a heavy bike, you really don’t notice it all that much. This is the one I may get next the 1250 is like butter . Great content as usual.

Good review Kate, Im also a shorter rider and now have the low chassis GS 1250 (had the adventure 1200 GSA before). The low setting on the suspension is perfect for me. Looking forward to seeing more rides on the GSA from you.👍

Great ! You, young lady are beyond different and unique….why?……. Because not only do you come up with subjects that hardly anyone else posts …..But you also delve into it from a person who’s doing a “Firstie” ride experience as if you’re not familiar with the subject yourself….now that is exactly why you magnetize and attract so many of us and it’s an asset and talent you have !!! Picked up my new low chassis GS two days ago. Awesome machine. I’ve a Short inseam and never thought I’d be able to ride a GS…… I reckon the GSA is probably just outside my height range but I’d love to test one out…..👍

Another lovely video and nice 'first time ride' review. By the way, there's nowt wrong with going round Rivington Barn area, if its local and you like the route, you go Kate.. Great views up there and as you know Sundays can be good on a sunny day for a few more bikes..
